The dresser itself is a nice quality piece of furniture. It matches our crib perfectly and the color of wood description is true to its statement (dark cherry espresso). Our problem came when we tried to assemble it. The dresser frame was built with no issues.The issues were within the dresser drawers. All 6 of them were not able to be built because the back piece of the draw groove did not match up and was off significantly. When we contacted the company it took several days for them to call back as they do not pick up the phone they have you leave a message. When we explained to the company our situation, they asked for photos and when they were sent they wanted more photos showing each drawer even though all six had the exact same issue. Follow-up pictures were sent, and the company still has not followed through to correct this problem. We had three different people attempt to assemble this and from further inspection the back piece labeled "R" as it is labeled is incorrect. It is about an inch too narrow and the screws do not line up. This was an expensive purchase for our baby room, and we can not finish putting the room together as we still do not have the issue corrected or new drawers to use.I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and after reading their reviews I had expected better.

This was not a project for the faint of heart. We initially had to wait 2-weeks to receive a replacement part because we were sent two part "F" and no part "J". Once we started building, there were a few steps that were very awkward to do like screwing in a bolt with an allen wrench that could only be turned 1/4 turn at a time due to other parts being in the way. The manual had a mislabeled picture indicating incorrect screws to use, but the word description was correct, so we were able to figure it out. The flimsy back pieces were supposed to be attached with 20 small screws, but there were only 6 pre-drilled holes in them. Since it wasn't a structural concern, we let it be, but I'm disappointed that there were mistakes in manufacturing. One screw also was warped, but luckily they sent a few extra pieces and we were able to use the extra. The price tag and my previously positive experiences with Delta furniture, led me to have higher expectations for this dresser.

This is the perfect dresser for an infant/toddler or a young child. It may not be the best for an older child due to the drawer space. I will insert a picture of a drawer for an idea of what you can fit in it. I replaced the drawer knobs with ones that suited my taste for I didn't like the ones that came with the dresser at all. I replaced them with 30mm knobs and they look SO much better than the ugly, bulky ones. The dresser IS solid wood except for a couple pieces in the back and I believe a piece on the inside. I love this dresser so much and I'm VERY glad I found it for $235 on Amazon!

Beautiful dresser from the front. Quality material except for the back of dresser which is thin plywood which is no where near the color of the rest of the dresser. I guess for the cost I couldn’t expect perfection and should be grateful it’s in the back. This is also backbreaking to assemble. If you live somewhere where you can pay to get it assembled pay the extra. Your back will appreciate it!

Delta Children made it very easy to coordinate colors and styles for my new nursery. I knew I wanted cherry (not a lot of options!) and a classic sleigh style. The curves and molding on both the crib and dresser are GREAT touches. This is an amazing piece of furniture that I anticpate lasting for many years.Came with all partsPacked AWESOME - I've never seen a better packing job.Nothing damaged, missing or scratched.Directions are easy to follow and comes with well organized tools as well.ALL WOOD - except for a few accessory parts, this is all wood and quite sturdy.For the price - this being a great piece of furniture would be $500 or more at IKEA.I wouldn't say its "easy" to put together, it has a lot of parts, but if you take your time and be patient it will turn out great.I also purchased the matching changing addition and changing pad - very easy to add this option, thank you.I plan to purchase some different knobs to match my nursery theme as well!

I want to give this 4.5 stars.The good:- Looks great!- Seems very sturdy (definitely wont tip over easily) Quality its great especially for the price.- Assembly was fairly easy (3-4 hrs)The bad:- The drawers are not that great, get stuck frequently..Other:- Watch out for the finish colors on delta stuff, there is tons of options so make sure to match them exactly when buy multiple items (black cherry expresso and cherry expresso are not the same)

I knew after reading the reviews, this would be difficult to assemble. Howvevr, my husband felt we shouldn't spend a lot on a nursery dresser. He is eating his words. It took 3 men 2 days to assemble this. The stressed was missing screws, the directions were extremely confusing, it's difficult to line up the drawers...I would not recommend this dresser. The stress of putting it together is not worth it.

Absolutely love the look of this dresser. Its beautiful and I finally found a piece that matches my daughters daybed. My only complaint is that the instructions were INSANE to follow. Frustrating to say the least. I will say that I put this together all by myself though, so it's not impossible. The drawers have a good amount of space as well. Very happy with this purchase
