So much easier than manually changing controls
My elderly father lost his remote for his window unit and was having to get up, walk over and change the controls manually. The buttons on the unit itself are small and hard for him to read and push so this has been great for him. He can read the labels on the remote easily and has no problems using the remote. I’d buy another in a heartbeat if he lost this one.
