Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Space Gray - For AT&T / T-Mobile (Renewed)

I’ve got this phone with speakers that wasn’t working properly (distorted sound and making noise when talking or listening to the music)They haven’t checked the phone before selling it to me and this fact made me really uncomfortable.

Received phone look very good and in new condition. Powered the phone on and couldn’t do anything with it. The phone happened to be a 64 gig and system resources used was 63.59 leaving no room.

If I could leave no stars I would leave none they sold me a phone with a block on it. I want my refund now

I believed the whole point of purchasing through the amazon renewed program was that the phone would be using authentic apple parts, yet this phone is clearly using an aftermarket cheaper and worse OLED screen. Not only does the brightness not reach the same levels of an authentic iphone xs (as shown in the photo) the battery life last much shorter than an authentic battery with lower battery health. The phones physical condition was acceptable, minor scratches everywhere. The screen must've been applied by a non-apple certified applicator since the rubber lining between the screen and phone were sloppy applied which would affect water resistance. The screen also came with burned in images on the screen due to the cheaper alternative OLED panel used (OLED burn-in). I expect to hear from the seller as well as amazon as this is against their own renewed electronics policy.

I’m at a 5-star for now. I ordered this phone on Christmas and it came on the 30th. My greatest fear was that it’d be broken/cracked somewhere and that it wouldn’t be unlocked for my mobile network (MetroPCS/T-Mobile), making it utterly useless for me. It not only came in perfect condition with a glass screen protector already on it, but I was able to activate it on my network with relative ease. I payed about $580 for this product when MetroPCS was charging me over $1000 at the store. Definitely would recommend!

As of now the product and setting it up is fine it came with charger and cable as described and seems to be in almost near new condition aside from one small scratch near the right bottom but it's overall looks fine. I'll update if any changes happen.Update: June 16th 2020Product works perfectly fine and without issue, I accidentally whipped it across the room when I woke up and forgot it was on the covers and pulled the covers over myself and I heard a smack on my metal bed frame but there wasn't any scratches or dents to me and that's without a case, I bought a screen protector to prevent finger prints and smudges and am currently waiting for a case but aside from all that the iPhone came perfectly and works fine with metro pcs, only issue was the seller gave me a Samsung charger but he was quick to respond and wanted to send me a replacement.

I was apprehensive about ordering because of some of the negative reviews. I’m glad I ordered. Two phones, one for myself & one for my mom, both are beautiful & battery life higher than the minimum noted. We’ve only had them for a little over week, hoping everything holds up.
