Took these to help me prep for my NCLEX; of course I studied, but these definitely helped me focus. I noticed a difference studying with and without these pills. I have been using this product as a vitamin supplement to assist my memory. Though I still tend to drop the ball on occasion (lol), this supplement does help me to keep a sharpness to my processes. It is affordable and dependable. What else could you want, or as far as I can recall? hehehe

Although I wasn't able to find any difference with the way I process things, I mean, it was okay but it didn't improve. One thing to take note of was that I find it easier to focus now than before. I don't get distracted or anything. This supplement is alright, I guess, just lacking on the fast processing of information kind of stuff. It must be different on each person.

I am on lamotrigine for epilepsy. The meds have an effect on your short term memory so often I sound ridiculous not being able to find my words etc. I am 40yo & seem to have a lot of senior moments as well. I've been looking for a supplement to help. After some research, I tried "the best" one out there...which was this only with a different name. All ingredients are exactly the same. I chose this one due to price. Maybe the meds kind of canceled this supplement because it worked NONE for me. I didn't even feel a placebo effect. I used the whole month supply. Also, the pills are fairly large & taste like fertilizer. I can get over that if it helps but it didn't so I won't be recommending it or trying it again.
