This is a good fit for a tele-style neck. Worked perfectly on my redwood tele build. More affordable then some competitors, but the quality is still superb

I bought this as an addition to my existing templates. I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this was considering the price difference between it and the competitors version. It is a full 10mm thick and the pocket is very accurate. The only issue I have is that the center line was about 1.5mm off. Not a deal breaker, I scribed a new one and all is well. I've cut 6 or 7 pickets with it so far and use it to design my neck template. It turned out great. Highly recommend.

The templates are intentionally big to accommodate finish thickness but they’re a little too big. You have to use a lot of tape to slim down the pocket area where you’re going to route out material. If you don’t take the time to tape it off right you can end up with bad results which defeats the whole purpose of a template.

Many of the reviews that complained this template cut too wide a pocket were several years old. I figured that surely the maker must have corrected such an obvious flaw by now, so I took a chance on it. Nope. It's still a little over a millimeter too wide. If you like a *really* sloppy loose fit of your neck in the pocket, you may like this, but if you want anything resembling a close fit, forget it.

Works just as expected. Accurate and easy to use. Best way to attach to your blank is the masking tape and CA glue trick.

The depth, the centerline, everything is marked on it! Very sturdy and an excellent template to get you going.

I'm not even going to put this to the test, the hole isn't cut square to the face of the material, worthless to try to follow that line.

I am in the process of building my own guitar and purchased a strat neck built in China and of course a template to rout out the neck pocket. The fit is perfect. Very little adjustment is required. Very pleased as this is a critical item in the build

Pretty good template, bought it for a kmise blank neck and it fits with a little bit of wiggle. I just put some masking tape along the side of the template and now it fits like a glove

I use discount necks in my build, so this wasn't a perfect fit, but I added a few layers of duct tape to size it better.
