iSonic F3900 Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner Machine for Dentures & Aligners

I’ve been using the iSonic F3900 Ultrasonic Cleaner for my dental appliances, and it has quickly become part of my daily routine. What stands out most is how simple it is to use — just fill the stainless‑steel tank, drop in half an Ultrasonic Cleaning Tablet, place the appliance inside, and tap the button. The unit runs a 5‑minute cycle automatically and shuts off on its own, which makes the whole process effortless . For cleaning, I use distilled water instead of tap water, and the results have been excellent. After two 5‑minute cycles, my bite block came out genuinely clean, with buildup lifted off and the surface looking noticeably fresher. The CTAR01 tablet dissolves quickly and boosts the ultrasonic action, which the product page notes is exactly what it’s designed for . The cleaner works great and works as described. I have noticed a much cleaner, clearer mouth guard after usingt teh iSonic F3900 clearner. I use a Polident retainer cleaner tab that augments the iSonic's cleaning capability . This is a great item for personal hygiene at a reasonable cost.

The double tap speed matters. It should be something like tap-wait 0.5s-tap again speed, not mouse double click speed we may be used to. With tablets it seems to work well. It’s noisy as expected for an ultrasonic cleaner but kinda like a humming sound. Time will tell about its durability but it cleans well when used with tablets. Not sure if it’s the tablets doing the work or the ultrasonic part.

I am very pleased with the ISonic F3900 ultrasonic Denture Cleaner. Using the ISonic Cleaning Crystals I was able to restore my dentures to like new condition. Using the Retainer Cleaner I am able to maintain that condition. Time will tell on the durability although it's appears to be a quality built product. It does not leak but care must be taken to empty as instructed. The unit is portable but I would have liked the cord to be separate and plug into the unit. The design and durability made the F3900 a good fit for my use.

Easy to use. Works as expected

I purchased two of these..One for my spouse and one for me. They are easy to use and produce great results. The main reason I chose these units: They are UL listed.

Extremely dissatisfied with this product, and would not recommend it. I'll be returning mine. Compared to my previous iSonic (pictured), it's about twice as large. I realize the other model was slightly more expensive (unfortunately no longer available), but the whole design is so much worse. The electric cord on this one is not detachable, unlike on the previous one, and since you have to unplug the machine to fill/empty, that means the cord is constantly in danger of dangling into the sink. The other one just unplugged in the back, easy. Meanwhile, since the lid is not detachable, that means when you tilt the machine to empty, you now have to fight the lid to not close, while also trying to manage the cord. Who thought this was a good idea? And the noise that this machine makes is also atrocious. It sounds like it's broken, and it's super unpleasant. The other iSonic had a normal cleaning hum, not so here. I'll be looking at other products now, including competitor ones.
