This is an interesting system... pipe in a pipe. However, this particular item is a plastic pipe inside a plastic pipe. Read carefully. It can only be used for a condensing unit.

Well, its a vent pipe for Rinnai boilers. Fast shipping!
Well its a vent pipe so there is not much to say. I had a new install of a E110CN which I wish was sold on here but isn't. Its an amazing boiler and this pipe fits perfectly and is designed for it. I would recommend buying here because the savings was almost 40 percent versus my local plumbing store which I have an account at.

Issue resolved.
There were two in the package. One worked as promised and is great. I didn't check the second until now and it doesn't. Seller responded and sent replacements. I'm pleased and think the product is great.
