Have you carved a turkey on it? What size?

No I have not, I've only owned for about 6 months. But, yes a turkey would sit on it just fine, cuz a whole watermelon will. But I would guess no more than a 20 lb turkey.thats my best advice, but we love ours and would buy another smaller size for a holiday gift.

Is the 20" including the handles or the board itself is 20"? I want to use this over top my sink to use as counter space. Thanks!

The one I have is lime colored and is 9.5" x 13" . which is the measurement given in the description. That does include the handle. If you are buying the Dexas one that says it is 20", I'm going to say it will include the handle.

Is this made in the usa or china?

It doesn't say where it is made. It just says Dexas International Ltd USA Patent No. D 629.268

Would this work for cutting up a melon, can it take knife cutting and hold liquid so it doesn't go all over the counter?

I haven't tried it with a melon, but it held all of the juices from carving a very juicy standing rib roast, so I imagine it could handle a melon. We love this cutting board!!
