compact and adaptable and works well
I installed this tankless water heater to provide hot water to the sink in my outdoor kitchen 10 years ago. It has always worked well to have hot water for hand washing, rinsing dishes or food, etc. It's installed in the Houston Texas area so the water gets too hot to touch in the summer and plenty warm in the winter. The cold water feed comes from an outside faucet tapped to send water through a pipe under ground to the counter. In the severe freeze of February 2021 the water heater ruptured, as did every tankless water heater as I understand because there was no power during the freeze. If I had disconnected it and brought it indoors and drained it it might have survived. I replaced it with another identical water heater. It is compact and easy to install. I like that you mount a mounting plate on the wall then connect the cold and hot water flexible lines, pressure test it, then snap it into place on the mounting bracket and then connect the electrical connection. It is easy to dismount from the mounting bracket, too.I had it installed in a fairly cramped space under the sink next to a Gould under sink self contained pump. I also installed a garbage disposer to help handle solids going out the drain.

Perfect Muslim shower addition
Added to the Muslim shower to have warm water all year round, especially in the cold weather of Boston!Very nice product, completely dependable, works like a charm. Straightforward to install - I did the installation all by self. I needed little extra hardware and got it from the local Home Depot store. It's been a few months since the install and it's working flawlessly! Just remember it has a damper to slow down the rate of water flow. The pressure is decreased, however, the reduced pressure is perfect for a Muslim shower.

Works as intended
I purchased this heater as a way to heat the water going into my whole house humidifier attached to my furnace. I converted to a whole house tankless water heater a couple of years ago and am extremely happy with it. The one problem I had was that the water flow on the humidifier was not enough to turn on the whole house heater. In essence I have been with out a humidifier for a couple of years because cold water was flowing through my humidifier.I hooked the unit up and still had an issue with low flow rates from the humidifier not flowing enough water to trigger the smaller heater. I did some modifications to the humidifier and it works now. When the water first starts to flow it heats the water quite a bit, so much that I can't hold the copper tube the water flows through. However after a few minutes enough water has flowed to actually start getting water from pipes outside my house. At this point the heater is still working great, but the water flowing into the heater is quite cold. The heater is able to heat the water to luke warm which is enough to actually put some humidity in the air in my home.I live in Colorado and have heard that these electric heaters will not work here. I somewhat agree, however you have to be aware of the flow rate as well as what the actual temperature of the water is coming into you house. The smaller heaters can only heat water up so much in the small amount of time the water is actually in them before it flows out. If you are going to get one in Colorado either get the biggest one you can for your specific use or do some math to actually see what temperature the water will be heated to after it has been flowing for a few minutes.

Ruptured internally and flooded shop
Bought this for the bathroom sink in my workshop. It didn’t perform as well as I’d hoped, but still warm enough to wash your hands.I’m on a well, and changed the water filter about two weeks after installation of this heater. All it took was a small air bubble in th line and the element burned out. I had good intentions of replacing the element, but never got around to it.I had actually even forgotten that it was there, until I walked out one afternoon to find water running out from under the shop door. The unit had ruptured internally, and water was coming out basically full flow. This wasn’t a pin hole…Ruined the vanity, all the trim, and required hundreds of dollars to repair the water damage to the sheet rock.Pretty sure I wouldn’t recommend this water heater to anyone.

They are top quality product
My company ordered 2 of these for a Pastor friend of mine. We installed each 1 in separate bathrooms, under the sinks. Both heaters worked much better than expected, without problem. Easy install. Get the 220V.

Heats up fast and decent flow
We have tankless hot water heaters in our home. They are great for being able to take multiple long showers, and when not in use, they don’t waist power heating a tank of water no one is using. However, they do take longer to heat up. So these point under sink heaters are great for immediate hot water at bathroom sinks to wash hands. They would also be Brest in places where you don’t have hot water for hand washing. The flow is good for hand washing, at sinks, but I don’t think you would want this unit for a kitchen sink or shower. This takes up very little space under the sink, which is great, but you need a bigger unit if you have needs beyond a hand washing sink
