This is one of the best gaming keyboards out there!
I bought this keyboard because I needed a new keyboard. I purchased the Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition, I was originally going to buy stealth, but a lot of people said that there was no difference. The shipping was pretty fast and the packaging is really sweet. I personally am a fan of the clicking sound so I'm currently loving it. From what I know I believe this keyboard contains cherry mx blues keys. It's really loud and the feel is really nice. I bought this keyboard to play Starcraft, League of Legends and pretty much majority of the PC games.Pros -Really loud sound ( I personally love the sound)Extremely smooth feeling when typingBuilt-in slant adjustmentBuilt-in macro keysAwesome looks !Does not have the keypads so it's small. Case comes with it so it can be very portable.Cons-Other than that only the macro keys are backlit and the rest arent really backlit. If you don't like loud noises I do not recommend this keyboard to you.So if you are a casual gamer that plays games a lot, I recommend this. If you are looking for a keyboard to replace your office keyboard and use it for job and writing use, you should probably press the back button and search up other keyboards. I really love this keyboard and Razer!

Great Starter Mech.
I've had this keyboard for a couple months now and I have yet to find something bad to say about it. If I had one little nitpick it's that I wish the cable connected underneath the keyboard rather than sticking 2 inches or so out of the top. Because of that it sort of makes the portability of this keyboard a moot point. Some people complain that the font on the keys is vulgar or ugly. That's something you can decide for yourself way before you ever make the purchase... Not sure how anyone could have missed the font in the product pictures. I personally don't mind it since it's very clear and easy to read.As far as the switches go, they're wonderfully clicky and will feel very comfortable to anyone new to mechanical keyboards. Obviously there are better-feeling switches to be had but you have to take the price point into consideration. I have had absolutely no problems with accuracy so far. The keyboard is just as good for typing as it is for games like CS:GO.The thing is also built like a tank. It is surprisingly heavy and most definitely feels like a quality product.Anyone looking for a silent setup, though, steer clear. This thing is very very loud. It isn't a problem for me personally since I don't share a space with others, but some will find it hard to deal with. All in all, anyone looking to improve their keyboard setup without emptying their wallet will be pretty happy with this one. I'd definitely recommend it.

Good keyboard, no complaints.
Swt keyboard, I like the clickiness(word?) of the keyboard and it has just enough feedback where it's not resistant, but not so soft it feels mushy. There is a bit of play/negative tolerance in the keys before actuation points are hit, but pressing keys so fast during gaming, it is unnoticeable. You do feel it as you type, being as how during writing this review is the first time even acknowledging this is prevalent, I'd say it's a non-issue. I purchased two year insurance because of the number of people saying Kaihua switches being of lower quality. Even if this were the case, and they do function at 1/3 or even 1/2 the durability of a cherry mx. That's still over 30 million clicks. I'd still pay the money for it, wtf? If by chance, these loose significant responsiveness and consistency throughout the keys before the keys give out, that's another story. I haven't a clue. Hope this isn't the case, but it is still good and I've had it for a couple months. They are FKING loud though. I mean, wearing noise cancelling headphones I don't even notice it, but definitely loud. I personally love the sound, but do have to remind myself from tapping keys as hard as I am normally accustomed to with membrane keyboards which was a requirement. This thing isn't so bad if you only press to actuation, like you're supposed to instead of trying to donkey punch the keys through the board with my tips like a membrane to get accurate keypresses. But, I digress, buy it. I don't think the Chroma would have any durability or quality points above the tournament, I mean they use the same Kaihua switches, I suppose the board could be of lower quality, and the bottom

Great Compact Mechanical Keyboard
Because I have a small desk, I was looking for a good mechanical keyboard and this was my solution. And honestly, I have to say, it is a good keyboard. Here's why:First of all, the keys are concave, that means they are easier to press making typing a lot easier. Also, switching from a membrane keyboard to this is a bit hard of a transition because they keyboard I previously used had more space between keys, this keyboard's keys are close together. But that is expected with a mechanical keyboard. The actuation force needed for this keyboard is quite low and is great for typing. I was able to increase my typing speed by almost 10 words per minute because of how well-made this keyboard is.Second of all, the construction is top-notch. It may be heavy because it is mechanical but I love the matte finish on the keyboard because they keys don't get dirty or sticky very quickly and it looks and feels very nice and premium. My only complaint about this keyboard is that there isn't some way they could have a wrist rest attachment because it is a little uncomfortable typing with this keyboard without a wrist rest like my old keyboard.SUMMARYThis is a great keyboard for the price and if you are looking for a compact keyboard, this is your best option. BUT, if you do not need a compact keyboard and you would just rather have a professional typing keyboard, get a Corsair MX Blue keyboard. It is made more for typing and is a bit of an improvement compared to the razer blackwidow tournament edition.

Besides my space key problem... A pretty good gaming keyboard and would definitly recommand it.
Good mechanical keyboard with a good compact design perfect for gaming. Really worth paying less for a tournament edition since there not a lot of games that needs the num pad, but is you are playing rpg like WoW, I would more likely go for the full size because of the extra keys. If you buy this keyboard, I would not recommend that you remove the space key because it is hold by a tiny metal piece that allows you to press all the way to the left of the key and be able to push it equal to the right without doing like a lever. Anyway so I would suggest you not to remove it because if you do it could break the metal piece really easy and if it does, you WILL more likely have your space bar doing a lever motion and you dont want that to happen because if you press the right side of the key, the middle of the key will not be pressed so nothing will happen. (SAME WARNING FOR EVERY MECHANICALS KEYBOARDS)

Amazing Keyboard. No Keypad or extra keys makes it ...
Amazing Keyboard. No Keypad or extra keys makes it amazing for gaming. There is a macro key and and game mode which is amazing. And without the keypad it lets you bring in your mouse pad and mouse which is even better for gaming like MMO'S or FPS. All around great keyboard. Love to Razer green switches which sound exactly like CHERRY MX blues but have a faster actuation point so you font have to bottom out all the time. Great keyboard if your considering this keyboard get it now! If its on sale EVEN BETTER! But for $87 this is a good keyboard for it price. Only a few keys lite up, like the symbol at bottom, caps, macro key and gamemode! I picked mine up for 81 dollars which was a steal. Recommend this tremendously

Great for the first time user.
Affordable, but still very decent mechanical keyboard.I would have given 5 stars if the software supports linux (the synapse 2.0 comes with the product only works with PC and mac.To Ubuntu users: If you want to enable macro keys or gaming mode, I think there is a way you can circumvent the issue (installing some python program). Although you probably are not using linux if you were a gamer :-)

Defective Keeeey
I would discourage Canadians from buying this keyboard, or Razer products in general (unless you can insure easy support). You would have to pay for shipping if any defects are present. A large and heavy item will cost you. This keyboard came with the issue where single e's often becomes a double ee. This is one heck of a annoying defect. I saw that American customer only need to provide a picture of their keyboard with the wire cut in order to receive compensation. I tired fixing this issue by cleaning the switch, but there is no fixing it. Go with a Cherry-MX rather than some off-brand if you feel unsafe with the purchase.
