ACDelco GM Original Equipment 12639468 V-Ribbed Serpentine Belt

I replaced this belt on our 2011 Chevy Malibu with the 2.4 Eco Engine. The belt we replaced had 140,000 miles. There was small cracking on the ribs so it was due to be done. Should be good for the life of the car now. I watched a few youtube videos on how to do it. Getting the belt on was a bit tough by myself. I ended up jacking up the front passenger side, removed the wheel (2 jack stands and the jack for safety), pulled back a plastic piece to expose the bottom of the pulley on the crank and got someone to hold the belt on the crank pulley, then it was super easy to get it on from the top while they held it on with 2 fingers on the bottom of the crank pulley.

After 11 years I replaced the OEM belt on my 2010 Malibu. This belt fit perfect and is the OEM belt for the Malibu 2.4 Ecotec.

True OEM replacement. Original belted looked almost new with zero cracking on a 2011 Malibu at 95,000 miles, so this belt should last for a long time.
