I purchased this product out of sheer desperation. I have experienced severe dibilitating night sweats since my hysterectomy in 2010. I have tried bio identical hormones, Brisdelle, every product at the health food store, no relief and some pretty nasty side effects with some of the aforementioned products. This product is working, I sleep- finally. I may try the adrenal product next for stress.

I have been buying LORNA VANDERHAEGHE Menosmart Plus caps for many, many years and ordering those bottles on Amazon is the better price.

One must be patient when using this product. It took two months before I saw a real improvement. My hot flashes aren't totally gone but they are fewer and not so intense.

This stopped my hot flashes the first week I began taking it!

Didn't work for me.

I had high hopes for this but it didn’t work at all. I followed all instructions. Disappointed, but guess that’s what I get to listening to Tik Tok Doctor😂

I've tried a lot of others, but this one seems to work best for me! I feel so much better!

Makes a huge difference with my moods. It eliminated hot flashes for me after only a couple of days of using it. Night sweats are still there but if mood and hot flashes are fixed, the. This is a win for me! Price point is excellent! I have tried several expensive subscription style menopausal products and none of them did what this one did for me and in such a short time. Highly recommmed. I’m 46 and in menopause for reference.

I’m perimenopausal and I’ve been taking these for a week now, I’ve noticed a slight difference in the moods and hot flashes. At first I did get a headache from them but it’s subsided. It says to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 before bed but I’m only taking 2 capsules a day because I wasn’t sure if it would be too much for me, Not a huge fan of capsules and the smell is pretty strong but I’ve noticed my hot flashes aren’t as crazy as before and I’m less snappy then I usually am lol I’m going to finish the bottle and then see how it is.

I have tried different natural supplements for (peri)menopause to stop hot flashes. Most of them worked ok for a while to reduce the hot flashes, but I would either still get some, or the supplement would stop working after a while. I am not one off those who wake up bathed in sweat, or who becomes all red and sweaty during a hot flash, but I would get them several times daily and they seemed to raise my blood pressure while going on in a way that gave me headaches, (as if I had untreated very high BP, but my BP is completely normal) which is my main reason for wanting to stop the hot flashes completely. I have been on these for a couple of month and I no longer have any hot flashes!!! Even during the extra hot Ontarian summer this year. So they are absolutely worth the money. Happy to have found them here, as the price here is about 10 CAD cheaper than in SD.

So first off I need to say these absolutely do in fact work wonders- granted you are getting a good batch/bottle. Im giving it a three star rating because of the below issue: I’m 45 and for my birthday I got sudden and excessive night sweats/chills and hot flashes. So bad that the minute I put clothes on or moved I’d just pour sweat. The episodes happen every 20 minutes and they were so intense I couldn’t even leave my home or live my life. In turn no sleep, ice packs in bed beside you. Tossing and turning and just being miserable while so exhausted. It’s honestly no wonder we get irritable. The rest of the side effects were livable but this was my worst nightmare. I don’t like medications so I’m happy I researched and found this. Not even 6-10 days of taking this every 12hrs on time (you can’t be late or miss your dose), there’s was a giant change. After 2 weeks it was 80% gone. By a month completely gone. It was smooth sailing until my third bottle. This one pictured with the expiry date for anyone wondering. The two other bottles are my new order a month later, and sadly it’s the same batch! so burn on me and my check book. You’ll know it’s a bad batch because slowly all your symptoms will start up within the week of taking a new bottle. So I’m now out 80$ on these three bottles of a bad batch. I have seen other people report this concern as well. It’s a shame because the manufacture/seller should pay attention to this as it’s giving their product a bad name. I’m sure it’s a simple fix that could make them great. I’m unsure how the product is mixed before distribution, but I have a hunch it’s unevenly mixed.
