Install in 20 mins max
PROS-Clear instructions, easy to use, comes with everything needed, low road noiseCONS- noneI did use my own rubbing alcohol since I'd rather be sure to have good adhesion from the start and the alcohol pads seemed a little small. The adhesion was pre-installed and I only needed to remove the backing before sticking it to my vehicle. Installed about 5 months ago and going strong through the rain in Western WA.

Great Fit & Easy Installation
I only installed the rear shades as the other brand I had purchased flew out of the truck when I had all my windows down during the summer. I kept the front shades in because these do not go down near the side mirror as the existing shades do (see pic). The window doesn't necessarily "crack" at that vertical area near the mirror, however I believe it helps with not allowing water to travel up the window as much when it's raining. The new shades are not as wide as my old ones, but i'm not deducting any additional stars for that. They do seem to jut out a bit more than I would like though, when compared to the existing front shades. One of the front shades had a scuff mark on it, no doubt due to packaging.Installation was a breeze, although I used additional isopropyl alcohol on a shop towel to clean the channel out better. The tiny wipe isn't enough unless your vehicle just sits in a garage. After that, the adhesive backing peels off easy and the shades fit perfect in the channel. It recommends to leave your windows up/closed for at least 72 hrs to help mold the seals to the shade and not screwing with your auto-close functionality on the windows.Overall, I would buy them again since installation was easy and the price is fairly decent, although I wish they were $20.

Look good
The vent shades installed easy and look good on my pickup. They were made of good quality materials.

Love
My AVS rain guards arrived quicker than expected, well package, NOT flimsy at all, as these are what I have in all of my vehicles, including the big shield. Will always order from AVS and will be ordering again. Thank you for the fast shipment!

These are worthless on my 2018 GMC Sierra
I put these on a 2018 GMC Sierra crew cab SLT. They fit perfectly. I had them on my 2016 GMC sierra crew cab as well, and at times the windows wouldn't "auto up", and the back one actually started coming loose. So when I installed these I followed the instructions but once they were installed and the windows were up as instructed, I put shims between the windows and the vent shades, to push them away from the window and stick them firmly to the inside of the track. For shims you can double some thin cardboard, or use wood shims. Put one every couple of inches. Leave there for a few hours. This sticks them firmly, PLUS it gets them pushed away from the window which keeps it from causing the "auto up" to think it hit something and go back down. So far they work perfectly, and fit great!UPDATE: The driver side front fell off today when I rolled the window down. So much for my new idea. Now I need to figure out what double-sided tape to use. To AVS's defense, I don't know how you can get any tape to stick to the rubber window gasket. The tape stays on the Ventvisor, but doesn't stick to the rubber channel very well.2nd UPDATE, 6 mo later: These suck. I've reinstalled 3 times, using new 3M tape each time and they won't stick. I could blame that on the tape or the track i'm trying to stick it to, but now the rear one warped in he heat and window won't go up. I'm going to try another brand.

I always choose Auto Vent Shade (AVS)
AVS has always been my go to vent shade because of their durability. I have them on my 2007 Chevy Avalanche and have just installed my second set since 2010 when I bought the truck. Their durability has impressed me so these are my preference.

They looks so much better than the non low profile.
Bought these to stop the window sil drip every morning when opening widow for a coffee. So far so good. They look great. Adhesion seems good, have been on only a week tho. Winter will be the real test.

1st must have addition on any truck.
Clean sleek profile. AVS makes a great product.I’ve bought this brand for several vehicles.Work amazing fir a little breeze in the rain or to keep windows cracked for heat build up on those hot summer days.

Worth the money.
Bought these for my truck, adds a sleek look to it and stops rain from coming into the cab for the most part. Easy to install just remember to have to where you want it before it sticks, otherwise it’s probably not coming off in one piece.

Nice product. However I should have opted for the front door only kit.
I have used vent shades on several vehicles over the years and have always loved the products. When we recently bought a new '19 crewcab Silverado 2500HD it was a no brainer, vent shades were going to be a part of it. I had trouble finding a part number for our particular year of truck and went with the recommended part for a 2018 (since there was no difference in body styles). Unlike prior trucks, I elected to try the "in track" style this time. The front doors installed perfectly, the back doors went much the same until I closed the windows. As soon as I closed the windows it pulled the middle section of the vent shades away from the track. After several failed attempts to seal them I have decided to leave them in place until spring at which time I will remove them and simply retain the ones on the front doors.
