I have tried many cleansing foot pads and felt they were ok. Now that I’ve tried these I won’t buy anything else.My wrest-less leg has lessened and aching leg muscles are gone. I sleep better and feel very energized the next day.They stay on really good in the night and are easily removed in morning.Not sure if I notice what the difference between scents is but I love the idea.Wish they came in a bigger quantity box or discount for larger purchase.

I only wore the foot pads for one night, but I have to say that I woke up feeling incredibly refreshed and had no leg cramps that night. However, I have to agree with the reviews that there is a substantial charcoal kind of smell that has to be washed off one's feet right away. That is no problem if you are a morning shower person. The second night, I had a slight burning sensation on my right foot and removed the pad and noticed some dry cracked skin. The directions do say do not use the pads if there are any cuts or sores etc. I have not used them since, but eventually will try again knowing those limitation. I went and bought some ginger vitamins meantime but have to admit I felt really good from the foot pads.

I was worried about trying these that they might make me feel too hot or even strange on my feet. I was wrong! They are actually comforting which is why I slept so well. They didn't slide off and stick to my sheets either (another concern). And they came off easily with no residue left behind. I walked around in them once and they stuck a bit but overall I was very happy. I'm ordering another pack today! And THANK YOU for the gold eye masks! LOVED THEM!

I’m really happy with these foot pads, I use them regularly and from day one started to see a difference. I love the variety of the scents and they stick very well during the night. Recently I began a healthy lifestyles, and wanted something that would help me with that! First night I already felt much better, my energy in the morning was unexpectedly high, i had motivation to go to the gym, and overall my day was better. Since using them consistently I saw less bloating it my body, and my friends even told me how my skin changed and I actually started to glow! I have also shed a couple of pounds! I am very happy that I found this product, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to change their life for the better, and start looking and feeling FRESH!

We love these foot pads - easy to use overnight, good adhesive (but wear socks), adhesive comes off with water and we feel rejuvenated.

After purchasing, I discovered you cannot use them if you have a shellfish allergy. I am so disappointed I won’t be able to use this — because I heard good things about it!

I don't know why anyone would rate these and say they do nothing. I broke my ankle a few months ago and it continues to swell as it heals. As long as I use these pads, the swelling is minimal. I highly recommend them.

I have used many different brands of detox patches over the years. These have no smell at all....so no lavender, no ginger, nothing. Not even getting the vinegar smell. VERY disappointed. Patches are dry in the morning. I have another brand that is working the way it is supposed to. BUYER BEWARE
