Absolutely love this new food!! It’s high in fiber, great in taste and I make an oatmeal type meal adding berries, cinnamon, crushed walnuts, anything you want and fills me up, tastes great and I know it’s healthy!!! Many omegas!!!

Tastes great in yogurt, salads. And in peanut butter. Great texture

I have been using this product for years. I add it to smoothies or sprinkle it on yogurt. Great way to add some fiber with flax and chia seeds. Coconut is an added bonus.

It is a good source of fiber, and we use it to prepare pancakes and other meals, including salads.

Considering the benefits this has, it would be foolish to not take it, unless you have an allergy to it. Being a bit overweight, l decided to change the way l "eat". I love this flaxseed mix. I use it in my daily protein shakes. I need the omega-3 for my joints and inflammation, but can't tolerate fish oil. This has been a great alternative. It mixes up well and has a good taste.

My local stores no longer supply this product (supply chain issue?) and it was very difficult to locate - glad to find it on Amazon but it was 2x the price I normally paid. My family loves this product but we won’t be buying this any more as I’ve indicated- it was 2x(!!) the price.

Much better than I expected. Great on Yogurt with a little fruit on the side. A bit pricey.
