I have to say that so far I love the stereo, plus I had accidentally messed up the remote myself, and Amazon was able to give me the people to contact at the company for Tech-Play, I emailed them this morning, and they already responded, and were amazing with their customer service. They even offered me a bit of a "gift" since I was having to re-order the remote. Now that is customer service. I may have wished I would have ordered the one with the speakers that were separate, rather than in with the stereo, but that is just my own thing. Other than that, it is wonderful. I would recommend them, and especially the customer service.

Solid little unit. Turntable has been through about 50 or so spins, still works great. Cool vintage look, small and light. Small side speakers provide fair sound for one room: unit doesnt get very loud. Only output is ac plugs, nothing for speaker wire. Haven't used CD tray or radio as yet, but cool that it has that functionality. So far, pretty good deal for the money and seemed a good fit for playing some old used vinyl LPs I just picked up.

I LIKED WHAT WAS DESCRIBED IN THE PRODUCT DETAIL HOWEVER, I WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF IT WAS GOOD OR BAD (NO POWER CONNECTOR). FURTHERMORE, AFTER I RETURNED THIS PACKAGE, THE PRICE HAD BEEN INCREASED FROM$69 TO $99 AND ABOVE.

I was not happy that the cd player does not work.

needs more speakers to produce better sound but I got what a paid for.

Not a good product. Only the radio worked (barely).
