Surprisingly cheap and good!
For the price, you really can't complain too much. When I ordered this desk, I already had it set in my head that it was going to be a terrible laminate desk with horrible fitting everything. The desk is extremely heavy (a good thing) and the laminate is very nicely done. As far as cheap furniture goes, this has to be one of the better pieces I've come across. Just to give you an idea, it is definitely better made than Ikea.

Move On
The cheapest desk I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and never buy a desk made out of MDF. This desk looks nice and would easily be 5 stars if it was made out of wood, or even engineered wood. I put this together and as soon as I went to move it with the person that helped me put it together the drawers collapsed. Not surprised because everything feels hollow if you knock on it. I'm very lucky I didn't put my speakers on top of this thing or I would've been even more pissed off.

Went with sit stand desk
Its a little chinsy and arrived damaged so we went with a bamboo sit stand desk with the two motors direct from website. Autonomous Smart Desk 2. Spent more but we love the new desk.

Looks like the $2700 Crate & Barrel Desk!
I elected to have the desk assembled and it was well worth it. The desk looks great!Drawers are a little wobbly.

Good with some caveats.
Assembled, this desk looks pretty good for the price and is functional. However, it wasn't especially easy to assemble AND it came missing a bracket. Since we have a shop, we were able to manufacture our own bracket: otherwise, it would have been a huge hassle.

decent product
The product looks OK, I hope it will last for a while. My biggest issue was with the marking of the parts. The boards were fine, however the screws and pins were not marked explicitly. I picked 35mm screw instead of 28mm and drilled through the board. Be careful. Other than that the instructions are straight forward and t took me about 3.5 hours to assemble it.

Meh
Pros: Medium sized, file drawer + 2 small drawers, Metal legs, easy to put togetherCons: Feels pretty cheap. It's just a cheap looking skin on some particle board. The walnut color reminds me of a middle school classroom desk.

Find a different desk.
This is the cheapest desk out there. And it's cheap for a reason. Directions were extremely hard to follow and negligent on Monarch's part. Had to up better directions online. Took me and my family more than two days to assemble.
