The scales come in a slimline, clean design, 'Apple' style box. Simple and to the point. The scales are of a tough build with a plastic base with tempered glass on the surface. It feels like quality and has a reasonable weight to it. After loading the 3 supplied AAA batteries the scales are ready to go, however a sticker on the top informs us that we can choose the metric between KG and LBS by pressing the button, which is bizarrely located in the battery compartment. On this note, I was disappointed that Stones and Pounds were not available, but I suppose everyone is gearing into using LBS alone now, so I might as well get used to it! This was only one of two niggles. Next I scanned the QR code in the instructions to download the Innotech Scales app, however I was informed that my iPad didn't have the features required to run the app. I'm unaware of what those features are, but I'm assuming it was a way of saying that it's only possible to download the app on a phone. So, I download the app using my iPhone successfully. After the quick and simple process of signing up, I paired the scales with the app quickly and easily (by pressing a PAIR button in the app itself). The scales were found instantly - via Bluetooth. I entered my height and date of birth, uploaded my photo and my profile was set. An absolute breeze. I stripped down, including socks, since the nit can only take all readings through bare feet. The units bright and pleasing blue LED display read out my weight within a second. After which time a series of squares animates as the unit takes further readings - including body fat. With my iphone in hand observing the app, it updated immediately with all my readings - Weight and bodyfat. I scrolled down and to my surprise revealed all the others - BMI, Muscle, BMR, Visceral Fat, Water, Bone Mass and Protein! Each of these is given a summary in the app and the day of reading is 'stamped' into the 'Trends' section of the app where all readings are recorded and presented in a graph form. Any reading, from any date can be accessed at any time. The app is arranged into 'Goal' (in which a goal weight can be set), 'Trends' (as discussed), Dashboard (where the weigh meter and readings are shown), Info (Reference averages for BMI, Fat, Calorie and water averages for Male and Female) and 'Me' (your profile in which you can upload photo, state preferred metric connect to family and other apps). The app can connect to Apple Health and Fitbit. Overall, for the price, I'm delighted with these scales and it's given me further incentive to keep fit and lose weight and it's introduced a fun and interesting element to it. What's more, the scales look brilliant in the bathroom! Thoroughly recommended!

Used these for about a week me and partner and with regards to the comments about accuracy they measured the same as my old Set of scales used on tiled floors. Very easy setup; download the app make sure you got Bluetooth on and step on the scales. The other measurements seem consistent and what I expected so very pleased with the purchase. We both have the app on our own phones, and the app shares BF%, BMI, weight and height with Apple health. The Innotech app is very clear and it’s nice to see it records trends for you so you can see changes.

The scale itself is well made, looks great and has a nice weight to it. Very easy to use, simply open the app on your phone and stand on the scale. Now a couple of downfalls, - Accuracy I dont care what anyone says there is absolutely no way my weight goes up and down +/- 4lbs a week, ive had the scale for approximately 3 weeks and ive always weighed myself at the same time every morning in the same conditions and I get results between 152lbs and 146lbs jumping up and down by sometimes up to 2lbs in one day. I am not misusing the scale in any way (always with no clothes on, always pre-shower, always flat surface etc) and I quite simply refuse to accept the shifting of results in the short time period. - The app The app is, on the whole, great, its very easy to use and provides a (rather incredible) amount of stats such as bone density, protein, body fat etc. (how the hell it does this is absolutely beyond me) and you can setup multiple profiles if you want to track family members etc, however there is a massive room for improvement in terms of the tracking facility; when you go into the "trends" menu it displays the graph from 0lbs-180lbs and as such the plotting graph just registers as a flat line, even on the lowest scale setting (last 7 days), you cannot zoom in or change the scale so its ultimately useless, sure you can click data points to get the readings from those particular days but for an at-a-glance look to see if your weight is generally going up or down its useless. You can only set goals for weight, not BMI which I know would be a lot more important to some, or even Muscle mass (again I strongly question the accuracy of this.) If you want a budget scale this will do but dont expect accurate results within 1lb as it does not provide this, however if you were to say wanting to go from 180lbs to 160lbs and keep a track of it over the course of say 2-3 months it more than does the job. I cant strongly recommend it, but for £40 compared to the £150+ scales you will essentially get what you pay for.

App no longer works so it’s just a regular weighing scales - wouldn’t advise buying

Excellent scales on there own very accurate. Tried everyday since I have got them and results have been within 0.1 each time. Once you install the app the scales show true value for money. No forgetting what weight you were or started and can setup goals to get your weight down or up. Not convinced on the accuracy of the body fat percent calculator as its alot to guess just by standing on scales but gives you something to work with if you continually monitor your weight. Scales are a very modern design with glass design. Ultra slim also I'm able to shove them under my bathroom unit and pull out as and when required Excellent item and handy to monitor your dreadful weight during lockdown ( depressing)

I was pleasantly surprised with this scale. Some numbers seem to be a bit exaggerated one way or another, but they are very consistent and reliable, which is what I really care about. The app is the worst part about this, while it's very simple to use and to check your values, the graphs that it creates are completely worthless, and I had to make my own Excel spreadsheet to keep track. Other than those minor inconveniences, I doubt you'll find a better scale at this price range

False readings inaccurate sending mine back. Am receiving another by the company to put situation correct. I would rather it work first time round so we will see when replacement arrives

The best product. Smart scale is what we all need. Just connect it to your smartphone and just get the features you need. Buy one, you will never regret this purchase. Glossy glass finish. The highest quality materials. This price and the highest quality materials have made this product. Not to mention that it is a SMART connection. awesome

La balanza funciona perfectamente a excepción de la conección bluetooth al móvil: hay veces que tengo que pesarme hasta 40 veces antes de que la balanza se conecte a mi móvil y, a veces, ni eso. El hecho que no pueda conectar desde el móvil es un problema, porque sí que lo reconoce. Considerando que es una de las funciones principales de la balanza, no la recomiendo para nada.

Ich habe mir diese Waage zur Unterstützung bei der Abnahme gekauft. Das Design der Waage ist super klasse. Sie sieht optisch sehr gut aus und wirkt hochwertig. Man kann verschiedene Maßeinheiten in der Waage einstellen, den Knopf dazu findet man lt guter Anleitung im Batteriefach. Hier KG. Die Waage wird mit dem Smartphone via Bluetooth verbunden, das klappt bis auf wenige Ausnahmen auf Anhieb ganz gut. Die dazugehörige App ist gut und übersichtlich aufgebaut, jedoch stimmten bei mir einige Parameter darin nicht immer überein. BMI 25,4 und in der Anzeige steht der Zeiger auf ca. 18, das habe ich nicht so ganz verstanden. Die App zeigt den Werdegang zum Wunschgewicht und moriviert. Mehrere Personen Accounts können in der Waage gespeichert werden, so ist sie auch als Familienwaage tauglich.

Weihnachten rückt nun immer mehr in die Vergangenheit und die Vorsätze für das neue Jahr stehen an. Ein typischer Vorsatz ist anzunehmen oder mehr Sport zu treiben. Mit dieser Waage kann man sein Vorhaben und seine Ziele gut Überwachen. Die Waage hat eine mitgelieferte App, worin man den Verlauf der Körperzusammensetzung kontrollieren kann. Die Verbindung zwischen Handy und Waage funktioniert tadellos über Bluetooth und auch die Einrichtung ging so schnell wie nie. Auch die Übertragung zu Fitness Apps funktioniert.

Habe die waage nun ein paar tage im gebrauch und bin mega zufrieden. Die kopplung mit der app klappte problemlos (android, apple kann ich leider nicht testen). Sync mit google fit läuft auch gut. Für sportler empfehle ich in der app auf "athlet" umzustellen, da hier der körperfettanteil besser berechnet wird. Aber wie bei jeder anderen smartwaage ist dieser wert eher grob und eher zum vergleich auf die längere frist gedacht. Für genaue werte muss man zum arzt. Die verarbeitung der innotech smartwaage ist schlicht und gelungen. Das display ist hell und gut ablesbar, aber man hat die daten ja sowieso in der app. Eine deutsche app wäre noch wünschenswert, tut der funktion aber nichts ab und heutzutage sollte man der englischen sprache ja einigermaßen mächtig sein. Preis/leistung sehr zufriedenstellend

Zunächst war ich wirklich begeistert und gerade das Design gefällt mir auch jetzt noch wirklich gut. Optisch sehr ansprechend und wertig verarbeitet. Die ersten Wochen war zunächst alles in Ordnung. Was aber bereits am Anfang negativ aufgefallen ist: Man muss die eigene App zwingend während dem Wiegen geöffnet haben am Smartphone, sonst werden die Werte nicht übertragen. Wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat das Smartphone abzulegen und es in der Hand halten würde, wird natürlich die Messung beeinflusst. Auch ein nachträgliches übertragen der gemessenen Daten ist nicht möglich. Man muss die App zwingen während dem Wiegen geöffnet haben und das Gerät muss sich in Bluetooth-Reichweite befinden. Aber: man konnte sich irgendwie damit zurecht finden. Angenehm war es aber nie! Nun nach ca. 3 Monaten ist das Gerät leider defekt und macht keine Körpermessung mehr. Das liest man auch in anderen Rezensionen. Zur App-Verbindung noch ein kleiner negativer Punkt: Wenn man die App geöffnet hat und die Werte übertragen werden, die Körpermessung aber nicht erfolgreich ist, werden die Werte trotzdem an die App übertragen. Hat man dies gekoppelt mit z.B. der Apple Health App, werden die fehlerhaften Daten auch dort hin übertragen. Die muss man dann manuell und einzeln löschen (Größe, BMI, Körperfett, Gewicht). Das kann wirklich nervig sein. All diese Punkte haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich heute Amazon kontaktiert habe und die Waage zurück senden werde. Ich habe mir bereits ein Ersatzgerät bestellt.
