Horrible customer service!
Very disappointed...customer service was horrible too...I had a lift and implants done, previously owned an older version of this bra which worked awesome. But...this bra rubbed horribly on my incision line and bunched up a lot in the boob area. Oh, as well as had a terrible allergic reaction on my skin from the fabric. And...I returned it and only received $23 back from the company. They charged me a 30% restocking fee because what happened was my fault...uh huh. Joke of a company. They are not very understanding or helpful if this product irritates your incisions or you have an allergic reaction to the fabric. You're stuck paying for it. Horribly service. You would think people who sell products for post surgery would be more understanding to people's needs. I mean, even Victoria's Secret will let you return a bra for a full refund after a year!

seems to run a little big
Bigger than expected in both the cup and around the chest, but very comfortable. It does not show around the neckline...

THE BESTEST! =D
July 27, 2015I bought this by mistake - I originally wanted 10618, bought this one, and realized they were different styles only a week post op. This one has less support in the back, though the difference may not be significant. However, during summer you wouldn't want a lot of fabric on 24/7, so this model might even be more suitable. Now to the bra itself: bleh.It does the job supporting the breasts, but it bulges in the nipple area (though nice and tight all around, so it is not because I have a wrong size). But that's just aesthetics. So what. But the thing that really bothers me is the inside bottom seam. I have inframammary incisions (breast fold) and that seam bothers them! I really don't know, if this would be better with another brand, model or type of bra, but you would expect the MOST comfort from a Surgical bra, right? Instead it makes me want to take it off all the time.I am planning to go to Walmart and get one of those famous cheap sports bras just to compare. I'll be back with an update, if I don't forget.July 31, 2015UPDATE!Went to Walmart on Wednesday to check out those famous Fruit of the Loom bras... Jesus Christ! I cannot imagine wearing that after a surgery!!! Take your cheapest tank top and cut the bottom off - that's the kind of bra you get (with the only difference in the front closure). Moreover, they are sold without any type of packaging - just like that, bare, on hangers! Come on, these bras are gonna be touching fresh incisions! Who wants an infection? And then if you wash them they are gonna get all stretched, shapeless and fringy - these things are only okay until the first wash - throw them away afterwards.Ok, back to Annette. I went to a check up on Thursday and my surgeon was really impressed by this bra - he said he likes it a lot! Means something, right?Changing from 2 stars to 5! I think my initial review was written under the impression of the first few panic attacks you get after having a BA - it gets scary at times and you start stressing out and hating everything. Or it's just me. Anyway, this bra is great! Good support, really nice colour, fantastic quality and a great fit (bulging in the nipple area started disappearing after the swelling went down a little bit). Recommend.September 1, 2015Ok, I just had to write this update! After almost 1.5 months post op, I must say I've worn this bra EVERY SINGLE DAY. After my ps okayed a wired bra, I've been wearing the underwire outside (work, college, shopping, whatever) and this one at home and at night with PJs. It is SOOO comfortable, I will definitely buy it again, when the one I have is no longer wearable. Not soon though! - I've washed it in the machine and dried it in the dryer - it still looks great, feels great, doesn't fray or fall apart after over a month of CONSTANT wear. I should also add that, since I wasn't sure about the size I was going to end up with, I bought a 34B and I am still wearing it - it fits great, though at Victoria's Secret I've been measured 32D. I don't know, if I stretched this bra out, or if the fit is different to begin with, but both bras fit me perfectly, and I am very comfortable in both.I am so happy I did the research and found this bra! Recommend to everyone - post-BA, post-BR, and just because - the BEST!
