This is the lower unit with the shaft pressed into it. It is fully assembled with the wires hooked up in the lower unit and running up the shaft. All you will have to do is take yours apart and slide the new one into your bow mount, hook up the two wires and put your existing propeller on.

The unit was one piece and was easy to install
The unit was one piece and was easy to install. delivery was slow. Have run motor and every thing seams to work will have to wait for spring to be sure.
