I’m a guy that wears a 2xl shirt. Not small but not ginormous. The product is incredibly small definitely not meant for men. Had my brother try it on and he wears a L and it was tight and uncomfortable for him. If you have a small upper body than maybe it’ll work. But save your money if you wear a size L or up.

I couldnt get the straps tight enough to even wear it. I am smaller framed, but definitely bigger than the 28" the description says it fits to. Will be returning.

I purchased this because I read some of the customer reviews. They were not wrong. I tend to slouch when sitting at my desk and I'm also large chested. I frequently have pain in my back. Wearing this helps so much. I do not wear every day but If I have to be at my desk for an extended period of time or I'm going to be standing for an extended period of time, I wear it. My only complaint is that I wish the straps were a little longer. I am on the bigger side so getting this on on my own is possible but would be easier if the straps were a little longer. I have worn under and over clothing. I find it's more comfortable over clothing. I have longer hair so it's basically unnoticeable when worn with a darker shirt. Love this and purchasing a second for my daughter.

Will update the review after wearing it for a few months.So far it is uncomfortable and hasn't improved posture yet, but that's expected in the first week it's going to be painful (like working out for the first time), but it should get better over time. We will see!

This product seemed promising. The fabric was soft, and it did offer support. The only problem is that the straps ride up under the arms in order to be effective making movement awkward. The widest part of it goes right in the armpit. The seller was very kind and apologetic, even though they did not make the product they took full responsibility. If there was a better way to stabilize the base of the support, then it would be perfect.

The straps under the armpits are too abrasive. Enough so that it was unwearable. I found other brands that were much more comfortable. I'd suggest trying out several until you find a good fit.

Not the most comfortable thing to wear in the beginning but man does it work! I work at a desk for many hours a day and was starting to see a small hump in my neck from my poor posture. I knew I had to make adjustments in order to prevent it from getting worse. A friend recommended this posture corrector so I decided to give it a try. I consistently wore it every time I was sitting at my work desk for 5 months straight. Now I can very noticeably tell how my daily posture has improved, even when I am not wearing the brace. I walk more confidently, sit up straight, and very rarely slouch over. With the consistent usage it has trained my body to sit and stand correctly. Only down side was in the beginning it rubbed on my skin, making it uncomfortable to wear, but with every day usage I got used to it and it no longer bothers me. Also helps to wear it over a shirt to prevent rubbing.It is made of quality materials and becomes comfortable after a week or two. It can be worn over clothes or discretely underneath clothing as well. It is not bulky and not really noticeable at all.
