Copper John After Burner 3 Sight Light

the aesthetic difference isn't an issue for me … I'm guessing that these are being churned out from a factory in China somewhere so designs can change all the time. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is simply that if this has come from China then only time will tell as to whether it holds up.Other than that it seems to work fine.

Only problem is it's on or off .. needs a dimmer

The main reason I gave this three stars is the misleading product description. It says light bracket in the first sentence but, does not come with one. It states no bracket at end of description (my fault for not reading further). The light turns on with a few clicks and could be a pain if you see a wild animal all of a sudden. It will turn on but may take a few clicks to make contact. WOrks well though! Just do not expect to hear seller feedback if you comment to them about these issues.

I installed this Afterburner on my Copper John Mark I sight. The Mark I does not require a bracket to install this product.Easy to set up, was attached in seconds. This really illuminates the fiber optics well for low light shooting situations.Update= After using for a few weeks this light does not just click on anymore like it should. Something is wrong with the battery compartment. I now need to click it on, and adjust the cap to get it to work. It is still functional, just more of a pain to get it to turn on. So just before it reaches sunset I turn it on and leave it until I exit the stand. I would not want to be trying to put it on while a deer was standing in front of me.

This light is bright (purple in color)! I took it out and shot the range a few days ago, overcast and kind of dark out. It seemed to put out plenty of light. I did notice the green fiber optic pins were a little too bright, but still usable. To date, the light has never come loose from the sight nor has it turned on unexpectedly. I would reccommend for low light conditions.

The light is not the same as the one pictured. There is no switch. You have to loosen or tighten the cap to turn on and off. The cap is loose and can fall off while shooting or walking when it is not activated. The threads are correct but not full. The threads finish with a taper and a gap that wont allow me to seat it squarely on the bracket correctly. Way too bright on the green fibers. Seems well machined but design is iffy. Needs a secure functional switch to be usable.

Very nice light..Fits perfect and battery life is great. On the wife's bow and loves it..She's happy I'm happy. Most the time.

Works like described! Very bring and lights my pins up great! Would recommend!
