This arrived yesterday and after I put in the soap (that came with dispenser) and fully charged it but why won't the soap dispense?

That should not happen. The soap that came with dispenser should be the right consistency to be dispensed. Contact the merchant, yours may be faulty.

How do you know if it's charging? Also when its fully charged?

Hi! You will know the pump is charging when the light is pausing blue/green on the front of the spout when the charging cable is connected. It will be solid blue/green once it is fully charged. It will start to turn red when it is almost time to charge.

When is the brass simplehuman soap dispenser going to be available?

I don’t know. I do We were pleased when ours arrived within a week. I have no idea of availability now.

how many days do you have to return if you dont like the product?

No idea. Mine was good out of the box.
