Product broke had less than a month. Hoping there is a warranty so it can be replaced

Pretty but clasp doesn’t stay closed
Clasp doesn’t stay locked. The bracelet has fallen off several times. So I then bought the safety clasp to attach and that doesn’t stay locked either. For the money I feel I shouldn’t have problems with it staying on my wrist
