Fit well, Comfortable out the Box.
I live in walking boots for general use and work so they need to be tough to last, here's hoping these do the trick.Fit well and feel comfortable, will buy a 2nd pair once these one fall apart. My only 2 concerns are:how long the loops and catches for the laces are going to last as tightening the laces is not by any means easy and the pull on these loops and how well sown in they are is unknown. The inner soles, are very comfy and support well but how long will they retain that and how easy they are and can you get replacement inner soles. And that's the only reasons I am giving it 4/5 instead of a full 5.

Brilliant boots
The media could not be loaded. These boots did me proud. Spent 5 days in them at a very wet and muddy download festival felt nice a grippy and didn't slip unlike everyone else around me. Feet stayed dry and warm the whole time. I'm a size 9 and ordered a 9.5 as advised and fit perfectly with thick boot socks. And was fine with normal socks. Easy to get on an off with the big loop at the back and the open top 2 eyelets

Surprised
I always buy walking boots for taking the dogs out. Over the past few years I am averaging probably a pair of boots every 9 months or so. I've tried the more expensive ones (£150+) and also the cheap end of the market (£30 or less). Previous boots have not lived up to their waterproof claims, have split or just fallen apart!! £30 every 9 months is not so bad as they are worn in all conditions and all types of terrain for about 4-5 miles every day, but more often than not the waterproofing is poor and it is no fun walking with cold wet feet.Trialling something different from an unknown brand I went for these after reading a couple of other reviews. I've also left it 4 months since my purchase to give greater perspective from my point of view.Although not the lightest of boots and on my first couple of times wearing them they did feel very stiff and unforgiving they have soon softened and I'm more used to the weight now. They have remained warm and waterproof, myself and the dogs have been on muddy walks through fields and woods, I've cleaned them in puddles and walked through ankle deep snow with not a drop of moisture on my socks. They clean up easily, have good grip and are very comfortable with the cushioned footbed. I'd happily buy another pair tomorrow but I can see these outlasting any of my previous purchases

Very disappointed 😔
Bought these as dog walking boots - bad idea!Couldn't wear in wet or wintery weather for 2 reasons:* I hate having wet feet!* Really poor grip in wet, muddy, snowy or icy conditions (went arse over tit on a number of occasions!)Also the material cracked after only a few months wear.

Good boot but not comfortable
MARK THIS REVIEW AS HELPFUL!I returned my boots and have marked as 3 stars due to my personal experience of trying them on, however, it gets 3 stars for other positive aspects and loses 3 for the fit issues I experienced. I can imagine these would be good if the issues I list don't sound that bad to you.Overall the build quality looks good and I don't doubt they would be waterproof, I bought these boots because of the look, waterproofing and the fact that they have a high ankle.Upon trying the boot I was immediately put off, I ordered a 10, I'm usually an 11 however the 10 was a snug fit, it was by no means too tight. I would order your regular size and one below as I imagine people with narrower or wider feet might find a difference compared to their usual size. I had a touch of room however I would have maybe found the 11 better but I'm unsure if t would have the been just that little bit too big. There is insulation around the toes and overall bottom of your foot and for me this made the boot feel tight and snug all around the bottom half of my foot, I wouldn't recommend wearing thick boot socks, maybe the discomfort and tightness I found was because my socks were too thick? The breaking point for me and what made me instantly return these was the toe when you look at the boots you see there is a toe cap around the front and top of the toe, on either boot, there is one part that is slightly longer, this goes over the boot but actually curves down towards the inside of the boot and for me just felt like a piece of hard plastic pushing down on the knuckle of my big toe. Maybe if I wore them and broke them in it would have stopped but it seemed far too stiff, I feel like it wouldn't make a difference. If you're someone that is really bothered about these discomforts then I would try something else. I can't stand these minor discomforts mainly because they get worse when you actually get going. This would 100% cause a lot of pain and discomfort whilst walking and most likely rub the skin off of you every time you walk in them.If you arent in any rush to get a good pair of boots and you don't mind buying some and returning then I would give these a try, however, if you're just looking to get something that will be perfect for an upcoming hike or event then I would avoid

Nice for the price
Bought for an upcoming trip outside the country. These are actually better than I expected for quality and are extremely comfortable and warm. Glad I went a half size bigger as these will work great with thicker socks

Amazing boots!
I had been looking for a new pair of boots and found these while searching for a different brand. I primarily use them for hiking with my dog so I needed a light boot, that has a good tread pattern. I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did, Love the softshell design, they slip on and off easily, even though I have wide feet. They're water proof, even when my foot was completely submerged and even standing for long periods my feet never have gotten sore or cold. The tread pattern is great, similar to my Columbia hikers, great traction even on ice. I highly recommend these boots!
