Great for the face
I'm prone to spots, went to a dermo and was told to cut down on sugar. Cut it completely out from tea and food etc, my spots reduced a lot, but the odd one still comes up sometimes so like a facialist would do, I pop them and then use face wash with salicylic acid, and then apply this honey as a thin layer all over my face like a mask. The bleeding immediately stops due to the anti bacterial ingredients, the spot heals and disappears in days. Saves time, and you don't have to walk around with a pussy spot for a few days - sometimes the body is just too slow. No redness after too.

Works Well For Head Colds
This UMF 15 Manuka honey clears my head colds fully within 48 hours. But even after 24 hours the cold is barely noticeable. Stir into warm water with 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. About 7 mugfuls a day. Do not use water above body temperature, it kills the enzymes and healing properties in the honey and makes it pointless. The honey does dissolve in luke warm water, it just takes a little longer than with boiling water, and stirring it helps.

Bitter sweet but cheap for UMF Manuka!
The product arrived within a few days of ordering which was good. I am in the process of trying different types of UMF rated Manuka and this is my third brand. It was the cheapest so far (that said UMF Manuka is expensive in my opinion!). I prefer the taste of Comvita purely because I have a sweet tooth. This honey left a bitter sweet after taste hence my average score.
