Dritz Plastic Snaps with Flower Design, Hot Pink, Size 20 (1/2-Inch) 12-Count

This tool is sturdy and comes with reasonable instructions. However, when I use it to apply plastic snaps from Dritz (on the package they name this tool to use) the middle posts don't get flattened enough and the snap pair either will not close at all or closes and opens hard. I've squeezed as hard as I could, but can't get a good result. Has anyone found the trick to this?

These snaps are strong, and not in a good way. Clearly anything that snaps, you should be a able to pull apart. The hearts are cute,but had to order some snaps from a different manufacturer to tryto match with these so they can pull apart easily. Hopefully it works, but these by themselves...no bueno!

I was so excited to use these, but they really don’t hold up well. I’ve gone through almost a whole entire box (I bought 4 boxes) and none of them hold when I try to open them. They are cute but unfortunately I’ll be retuning them and trying something else.

I like them for sewing projects especially if it is something for kids. They are easy to insect and once they are in, I find they are easy to open and close. Cute shapes and colors too.

These pliers work great for plastic snaps, both regular and extra long.

Half of these snaps did not hold up well. I have used many snaps and know how to use them. With that being said these are more for looks then function. Mine did not hold up well to even limited use.

Love this!! Has good instructions for a beginner/noob of sewing, like me... Was a great find for cheap, good manufacturing job, easy to use even if you have arthrits of any kind.
