Size 7? I would recommend size 8
Very comfortable trainers however these trainers have gotten smallerIn 2019 I bought size 7 which fit me with no problemIn 2023 I ordered the same size and they was extremely tighti decided to return the size 7 and ordered a size 8 which fits meWhatever size you are I would highly recommend you going a full size up

My 2nd pair
I love them. This is my 2nd pair. But there was loads of blood and blisters with my 1st pair with n day 1 before I removed the "foam inserts". They fill the shoe soo much that it's uncomfortable to wear. I were them without it. 😉 Oh well.

Good quality and very comfortable only in front they tighten a little.

Comfy and bouncy
They would be perfect apart from the fact they seem to be on the small side. I would perhaps size up by about a half size (if available.)

On the smaller side
Really happy with purchase. They are on the smaller side but hopefully they will stretch with time. The back of the shoe is a little bit low down on my ankle so hopefully it doesn't slip off when walking.

Fell apart
The base fell apart as if glued on and squeaked every step, had 3 months and very disappointed, had a pair before last over a year and still good to go but these ones were awful, perhaps a manufacturer error? Or just quality going down hill. Either way I would never buy these again
