Bought for daughter who suffers with golfers elbow she is very pleased with it helps ease the pain.

Used for tennis elbow, good quality and good price. Does help support the elbow joint when doing light lifting, haven't tried any heavy lifting as yet, but I would recommend buying one.

The stitching in the Velcro started to come away on first day of use but other than that it does what it’s meant to do, so I would say if you are looking for quality look elsewhere if you are looking for a short term solution to heal tennis or golfers elbow it does the job

I injured my arm in the gym and have been unable to do any arm push movements since. The product arrived today and i was able to do 5 sets of 12 at home with no pain at all !! Such a simple design that works! The product is very comfortable and will adjust to any size arm. The strap is velcro and allows for a very tight fit with padding at the front or the affected area Couldn't be happy with this product, it's very cheap, well made and does exactly what it states on the packaging Highly recommend this product and seller 5 stars
