Sure wish I could give it zero stars.
So I get the device. I go through the configuration wizard which starts by hooking the device up to a PC and using it to configure the wireless connection. It won't connect. I consider the possibility that it doesn't like WPA2, so I switch to WPA then WPA and then try TKIP. Nothing works. I decide to call Dell technical support. Helpfully, the included manual has a phone number to call. I call it. They ask for the service tag number. This has no service tag number. In fact, there appears to be no code that they recognize, so they ask me to choose who the product is associated with: desktops, laptops, printers? It's most closely associated with printers, but that may not be right. I say I don't know and get a human. The human comes on the line and asks for that service tag number. Explaining my problem, she helpfully tells me I want the printer department and connects me.The printer department comes online and asks for the service tag number. Still not having one, they ask me about the model of my printer. I tell them it's an HP printer, and they tell me I should call HP. I remind them that my problem isn't with the printer; it's with the wireless printer adapter. He tells me I should simply plug the printer adapter into the printer. This makes no sense because the printer adapter is not a computer. I'm obviously talking to someone who can't picture the device I'm calling about. After arguing with him about how to do this for entirely too long, he tells me I need to talk to customer support.I get to customer support. They want to know my order number which makes no sense because I bought it from Amazon. When I finally get a human, I try to explain my problem again, and this person tells me I should be talking to their printer technical support. When I point out that I have already done that, she asks me what model printer I have. When I note that I have an HP printer, she tells me I should call HP. ARGGHHHH!!!!!I'm quite certain there is someone at Dell who knows what this product is, but I didn't find that person. I'm reasonably certain that the product I bought is not defective, but since the included software couldn't configure it, and Dell is apparently too big to know how to forward calls to the appropriate party, I'm stuck returning it.I'm an IT guy. I'm reasonably good with this stuff. Buying this product was a big mistake.

Does not work with my router

Doesn't support WPA2
This product worked ok until I upgraded my network to WPA2 security. Then I had to choose between using WEP for a less secure wireless network to get this to work, or staying secure with WPA2.I chose WPA2 and now this is a paperweight.
