I was worried that it’s made in China, but everything is made in China. So I just closed my eyes and hope for the best while ordering this because we badly need a faucet. My husband was able to put it in like less than an hour, the only problem you might have if you have 3 hole sink this does not come with the plate you have to buy it separately and also get 4 double A batteries! the sensor won’t work (batteries not included) also get a clear caulk white is not a good choice for black faucet or you can be a rebel and just buy white, you do you.It does not have the best instructions the paper instruction is different from the video, but you just have to use your common sense. do not put the battery while installing it so that water wont run while touching the faucet. Just turn it on if all the pipes are connected.

Works and looks great. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. I wish the instructions included in the box were a bit easier to follow, I found the ones in the description of the item more useful.

We were looking at one touch faucets at all our local home depot and lowes stores and they were all upwards of $200 and didn't seem that great of quality. I was skeptical buying one on Amazon without being able to physically see or feel the durability, but I bought it anyways because I had a $20 off coupon and free returns so what could go wrong. We got it within two days, my fiance installed it without much effort, it immediately was working and ready for use, no leaks, no problems what so ever. I love my new one touch faucet, makes cooking and dealing with messy hands a breeze!! I highly recommend this faucet and so worth it for the price!!

This is a beautiful piece of hardware. It's fun at first but you have to teach people how to use it. After a while, it has gotten a bit frustrating for me. To use the touch on and off, you have to have the physical handle in the "on " position. You can shut the water flow off with the physical handle, too. The frustration comes when the water won't flow the next time you use the physical handle. You have to open the physical handle then touch the curve to turn the water back on. It seems this happens when the water has been physically turned off for a while. The definition of "a while" is a bit of a mystery. It seems to vary. The other tiny frustration is that if you are not careful of the pull down operation, you will touch the curve and turn the water flow off. One more. If the batteries are out, the water flow doesn't happen at all. Still, it's a beautiful piece and I'm pretty much enjoying having it.

After a shaky start we now love this faucet. Instructions were not the best but after reaching out to the company, they promptly responded and my husband watched the installation video and it works! I love the way I just tap anywhere and it turns on. Finish is beautiful looks like it cost a lot more. So far very happy with this purchase and customer service was great.

If I could give no stars I would. I'm a contractor and put together and build alot of things in homes. I've remodelled bathrooms and put down floors, etc. I put this in my sink and it swiveled from the base instead of at the neck where it was supposed to. So I go to remove the nut underneath and find that the nut was cross threaded because of the poor quality threads and cheap metal. Now because of the crossthread I couldn't remove it clean I had to saw it apart. $100 right in the garbage ! Cheaply made poor qulity product. I ended up having to go out and buy a whole new faucet set up from Home Depot.... ridiculous.

I love everything about this product. It was slightly difficult to install. LOVE the look and the hands free capability.

I don't generally leave reviews unless something is either really great or really bad. Unfortunately, my experience with this faucet is the latter.I was really excited about this faucet, but it has some major flaws that are going to force me to purchase another unit and remove this one.When we first installed the faucet, all was well except for a small issue: the faucet the itself felt a little loose in the base and would wiggle back and forth when you were rotating it. But besides that the water pressure was great, the touch functionality was working as expected.After a day or so the touch functionality somehow became reversed -- so every time we tried to turn the water on, we'd have touch the faucet to toggle the water flow. Even when we would leave the faucet touch toggle in the "on" position, it'd flip back a few seconds after the water was turned off. I ended up getting so frustrated with it that after a day of this, I toggled the faucet on and removed the batteries so that it would stay on. This was the whole point of buying this particular faucet, but at least we still had a working faucet. I looked in the Q & A section for a solution to this and tried a few of the suggestions to no avail.Now, after about a week of use the water pressure has become a major issue -- the water will sometimes go down to a trickle and is almost unusable. I've checked the lines below and nothing is crimped or squished. We have solid pressure throughout the rest of our house. So now, even the most basic function of this faucet isn't working as expected.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Directions could of been more detailed, but if you have a little bit of common sense you should be able to do this in an hour depending on how big your hands and body are under the sink . It works well came in couple weeks . Looks good quite happy with it. No leaks. Quality is about a 8/10.

I really like the touch feature of the faucet and that did work well. The faucet started leaking after only 2 months! Now after 6 months of use the toggle between the regular water flow and spray broke!! Also, the faucet and temperature regulation does not feel very sturdy. I would NOT recommend buying this product, however, I would highly recommend a touch sensor faucet in general, just one of much better quality. I'm super disappointed in this faucet!

Really good looking but after 2 weeks it start leaking! The HR021 control box stop working properly. The bad thing is I don’t know where to buy a new control box...

Got our plumber to install it. No issues thus far. Like how it looks and touch works great
