I was up and running in verified ketosis in a day, with my ketone levels measuring at 40 mg/dl (4.0 mmol/dl). This product has made staying in ketosis a breeze. I'm reversing my age. Yeah, for real.I'm using this in a keto drink mix I've formulated, and it's excellent quality. It's a fine powder and combined with the other powdered ingredients, it's very easy to dissolve in water. Tastes good.

I mix this into my morning coffee. It does tend to get hard if left to settle. I transferred mine to a canister so I can shake it occasionally.

After going around in circles on diet and eating, I realized my body handles a low card, wholefoods diet with clean ingredients and protein with moderate fats. While getting back in the swing of things, I decided to give this product a try to get me quicker in Ketosis. I’m not a huge chase deep Ketosis person, all the time, as I do not want to sacrifice sleep. Anyway, this product taken with my matcha tea in the morning, seems to be doing the trick. I also get a boost of energy without the jitters. I have not monitored my ketones after taking this but the extra urination may be a sign of what’s happening on the inside. Plus, for the price, this was worth trying. Not much detected flavor. And it dissolves very well in my matcha.

I see batch variation in solubility, a rough measure of purity.There is no Certified oversight or quality enforcement to stuff made in China, so it's a gamble to eat it.Package Ingredient Labeling laws in the USA exempt the listing of processing aids (solvents). This brand doesn't declare pharmaceutical grade or even food grade for its products. It is a certainty that nothing buyable online is cost-effectively purified to be 100% pure. It's 100% a marketing ploy.

Ketone salts are really hard on the GI tract,I learned this the hard way.I really can't recommend this product.I looked around the internet and found that ketone esters are better absorbed,if you want a ketone salt get one that uses the D form of betahydroxy butyrate(DBHB)since that's the form the body uses

First BHB I have tried that does not taste awful. The price is great too. I have read some comments that people do not feel the ketones with this product. May I make a recommendation for you. Ketone supplements work best when you have fully fat adapted, or keto adapted your body. Your body will then readily use BHB for fuel. It takes a few months of eating very low carb, adequate protein and 60 - 75% of total calories from fat. At least 3 to 6 months for many to fully adapt. Do some research on balanced ketogenic diets and how to execute them correctly.
