Just use warm water to make softer, I personally used my flat iron on low and then showered and basically steamed them while they were in my head. I also use twisting cream, just to help my braids while they stay in my hair. I like them, might buy a different color soon.

Was not light weight was terrible very heavy bad quality

The product was used for non conventional proposes. (Halloween Mask Costume). It is very easy to incorporate into the mask creation.

I ordered 40 of the grey and 20 green. It took about 50 to do a whole head. My hair is longer than the dreads themselves and I was able to make it work. I did the boil method and it did take some of the shine out and the creases from packaging. They are course but I feel like that helps my hair grip to the dreads and not slip. Plus the green is super pretty

Great product but they sent me wrong color

These are nicely made. They included nice beads and hair cuffs and a crochet hook. Unfortunately they used super cheap hair so the dreads are just plain prickly. And the hair looks ghastly fake. The grey is blueish and the hair dull. Nevertheless, I tried soaking in vinegar as well as dipping in boiling water. But by the time I got five of these in, I realized that these would be too rough for my head. Be warned…

The dreads are rather tight which is nice, the ends needed sealed but you can see that from the listing and is really just personal preference.

Still fantastic after 5 months

These looked like crinkled, shiny light purple plastic wool and not fit for purpose. Save your money!
