HTC One M8 - 32gb - Gunmetal Gray (T-mobile)

I bought one of these from USA Wireless. And even though it says "T-Mobile", I received an AT&T phone that has known compatibility issues with T-Mobile's service. In fairness, I am able to make calls, send texts & surf the web. However I can't send picture texts. Seems like a small issue until you consider how much a typical person uses this feature. According to most of the forum threads, the only solution is to flash the ROM with an RUU file from HTC. This solution will wipe out all of your phone's content while possibly bricking it. Currently I'm trying to buy another phone to transfer service to (my 3rd attempt since December due to a series of miscues by sellers & shippers). Do yourself a favor: Go to your service provider's store, pay way too much and walk away with a phone that works. Your phone is too important to trust to something as capricious as the internet. It's simply not worth the headache.UPDATE 2/9/2016 - I flashed the ROM & got the phone to reimagine itself as a T-Mobile device. Since I was able to remedy MOST of the issues I kept the phone. However, now I've discovered that the GPS antenna doesn't work well at all. I'm not sure how common it is, but this issue seems to show up a lot in the forum threads. I've adjusted the location settings to "high accuracy" & downloaded an app called "GPS Status & Toolbox." Even this bit of software can't locate any satellites & all my map programs are essentially blind (although things seem to work sporadically & briefly). This phone is basically beautiful garbage & barely functional for it's intended purpose. I'm not optimistic about this device's future.

The people who run this place were very nice to deal with. Although I had to go through two phones (one the ear piece didn't work and the second the phone did not recognize any nano sim card) they were very pleasant to deal with in returning the phones. They were quick and were in constant communication with each other through out the process. It does kind of suck that I had to pay about 25.00 in extra shipping fees but I can't complain really considering the price I paid for the phone. Phone now works, looks, and runs great.

I was a little nervous buying a phone from the internet. You never know what you'll get. BUT this was an amazing purchase. I've owned tons of phones, galaxies, iphones, nokias, the list goes on and on and honestly? this has to be my favorite phone ive owned ever.

This came faster than expected and it was in beautiful shape. The one tiny little Mar that had been disclosed will never seen due to it being on the back in a case. The phone has made my granddaughter very happy because the features are exactly what she was looking for.

Received the phone today, put in the sim card, and everything is perfect! I had to push the updates but i expected that to be the case anyway. Delivery was fast and Edge Cellular was very responsive to any questions. Thank you and I will happily use them again and an looking forward to their great service.

I received an AT&T compatible phone. Numerous operational issues with T-Mobile provider and many apps.

I bought this phone and immediately it started having speaker issues, sometimes the volume would cut in half, other times it would not work at all, I couldn't hear the phone ring, the alarm go off, the music play. Until today it just stopped working all around. No volume in the speakers or the headphones. I went to contact for replacement or repair and it won't allow. Now I'm stuck with a non working phone. They really should list issues, I feel the seller knew this issue occurred when they sold it, because it started happening from day 1.

My husband updated to the last operating system and it works perfect.No issues. very friendly. not too big, not too heavy. everything runs great.
