If i leave home and forget to turn on the pet cube can it be turned on from the app?

Hi there, Yes, if the camera is paired to your WiFi network and your phone and plugged-in. For any other questions simply email us at support@petcube.com or call us at 1-888-447-2522. Kind Regards Petcube Team

May i know when the laser is functioning, does it make any sound? if there is, can i turn it off? thanks.

Hi, thanks for your question. Laser is not accompanied by any interactive audio, but since it's a mechanical part, it does produce a very subtle sound when it's moving. Hope this helps. Please contact us with any additional questions at support@petcube.com and we'll be happy to help! - Wags and Purrs, Marina, Petcube Team

Are there any camera apps in this world that actually do what they say they can do and hv good reviews??

Well, their camera app is fine actually. It may be little bit slow compared real time, but I did not have any issues with mine. However, I don't have proper coverage at work, so I always need to go out to be able to check the app. Yet, this is because of the coverage / signal related to my phone company, not their problem. I hope this helps. Thanks...
