This product really works and fast! Even if not applied until hours later. I was having extreme reaction to mosquito bites due to a new med. Nothing worked to relieve the itching, burning pain as the redness spread. Someone recommended After Bite and I decided to try it. I was amazed! It even stopped the discomfort of the days old bites!

Keep one in my purse at all times. Great item to have for everything. Grandkids love them for ever bite, not thrilled on cuts as it does burn. Dries up pimples fast too.

This product works so great! I kept waking up in the middle of the night because I have a mosquito bite on the back of my right heel that will not quit itching. I ran out of After Bite and I must’ve woke up 5 or 6 times during the night scratching. I ordered more right away and it really stopped the itching last night. I woke up one time and immediately put this on because I had it at my nightstand, went back to sleep, and did not wake up until morning. I’ve only tried this original one with the baking soda as the active ingredient and have not tried any of their gels. It does smell very strong of ammonia, but the smell dissipates pretty quickly. As long as it gets rid of the itch, I really don’t care what it smells like!

The only thing that worked when I got into a mess of chiggers. On two different occasions, in two different locations hundreds of miles apart, I got feasted on by the little demons, my legs were covered in their bites. Chiggers are on a different level from most bug bites, as they use acid spit to turn your skin into something they can drink. Sorry you had to hear it from an amazon review. I tell you this to tell you how much of an issue they are, so you know how good this stuff is. I used an array of standard solutions. Creams, household options, etc. None of it worked for longer than a few minutes and these things were not going away. Someone recommended After Bite, so I ordered some. They are magic and they last forever. Buy them and keep them around, they'll do the work that stuff like Benedryl may not be powerful enough for.

I've been using this After Bite Advanced Formula in the pen version for many years and it works every time. The itch disappears quickly and the swelling along with it.

The product is not as advertised. I wanted the old school one that burns and smells like ammonia, you know, the one that works. Instead I got 4 tubes of this.
