High Quality - Better than the ones that are twice the cost.
High Quality - Great to have a complete setup come in one box. Included all the parts you needed. If it starts to smell just wipe it out as the smell comes from any fluid dried to the urinal during use. We wipe it out once a week to keep it fresh. The first one we received had a problem with the base but Sloan sent us a replacement right away!!! (Best part was they only needed a copy of the receipt and we didn't have to return the broken one they said just to throw it away.)

Failed immediately
When the plumber installed the urinal and did the "water test" water came pouring out of the seal. Had to send it back. Return process went well, but product was a bust.

Installed this in a business!
I'll be honest I am a fan of the water urinals then the waterfree ones just because of the sheer cost and time of replacing the kegs. I am currently not going to live here much longer anyways so this will no longer be an issue for me but it will be for others. It is something to consider when purchasing this product because the time and cost involved installing this is not worth the hassle if your a DIYfer but it is something to consider if you have the time and want to help the environment and save some green.

Present for husband
Got this baby installed in my garage for my husbands 30th birthday with track lighting and everything. He loves it. It's so much more convenient than using a water urinal...not to mention I didn't have to run the plumbing and that saved me a crap load of money. Plus my husband is now the only one of his friends to have a urinal in his man space with his tools and stuff, which obviously makes him cooler than his friends. Also that makes me an awesome wife. So yeah I like it a lot. I don't let him or any of his friends poop in it when they are drunk. He knows the consequences.

Love it! We have 2.
We have 2 and love it! Doesn't smell, silent, uses no water, very little maintenance. Four males in my house, that is a lot of saved water and no noise. What is there not to like? Fun conversation piece.Update: After 6 months of use, still loving it. When I am at work or in others homes I think 'how primitive' noisy, uses water, splashes back at you unlike the Sloan water-less.

Smelly & Labor intensive
This is a terrible execution of an environmental idea. This product uses NO water in operation, but replaces that water with: - expensive chemical cartridges in the bottom (replaced by gloved hand); - ten times the cleaning spray; - multiple pair of disposable rubber gloves daily; - deodorizing strips in the bathroom, - and many times the labor to clean them multiple times a day. After all this they still smell and clog. The water bill will go down, but costs for chemical cartridges, cleaners, deodorizers and labor will skyrocket and you will now have urine smelling bathrooms. We had these installed in our office building and they are horrible. They smell ten minutes after the janitorial staff cleans them. They use expensive deodorizing chemical cartridges, in the bottom, that have to be removed by gloved hand regularly to be cleaned or they clog. When the chemical cartridge clogs, someone has to reach with a gloved hand through the standing urine to clean out the trap. After each use the inside surface of the urinal has a layer of urine that only gets rinsed off when the janitorial staff sprays them down, which they have to do multiple times a day. This drying layer of urine smells, so they hung deodorizers in the bathroom to cover up the smell. Now the bathroom smells of drying urine and strong chemicals.I support environmental issues even if they initially cost more up front, because the lifelong cost including what we pass onto our children is lower. It is cheaper to NOT pollute and waste than to clean up later and find even more resources later. Calculating the real lifelong cost of a product is tracking a product cradle to grave to recycling. This product skyrockets the cleaning and labor costs and ties you forever to the manufacturer produced chemical cartridges used in the bottom. If they ever stop producing these cartridges, you will have a smelly open sewer hole.

I bought this for my Lions Club Building
I bought this to replace an old urinal in our Lions Club building. It works great. The first cartridge lasted about six months. I was told that "The new urinal is the best thing I have done for the building." Six months before the new urinal I remodeled the kitchen to all new for about $17,000. I wanted to be known for that.. not replacing the men's room urinal.I do recommend this product

Two words - Waterless Urinal!
This thing is great and works very well in the home. It is small so it does not take up a great deal of wall space and it is relatively easy to install.
