HUION Kamvas Pro 22 Drawing Monitor Pen Display 21.5 Inch IPS Graphic Tablets with Screen, Full-Laminated Technology, 8192 Battery-Free Pen Black

After the latest Microsoft update my old tablet (a yiynova 22inch) which was about nine years old, was having issues overriding Microsoft’s pen settings. I do a lot of precision artwork, so that wasn’t going to fly. Tried updating the driver, didn’t work. So I bite the bullet and researched getting a new tablet. I’ve had my eye on Huion for awhile now. Of course a Cintiq would have been my top choice, but I just couldn’t justify the expense. So I went with the Huion, and I’m not disappointed. It’s a dramatic upgrade from my Yiynova. The programmable buttons are useful, pen handles smoothly on the surface. AI works perfectly. Highly recommend it. And it overrides Microsoft’s attempts to take over which programs and hardware you use.

Ive used Wacom tablets, and the Huion is identical to it. totally worth it for the price.

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. I had to return 2 of these. Light bleed was unbelievably bad. It was actually worse on the replacement I received. I sent both back and shelled out for a cintiq. With the money. Stay away from this Chinese junk. You get what you pay for.

After a year i ended up getting a screenless huion tablet and a 4k monitor instead and im much happier with the experience, its much better on my back

I upgraded from an older Huion gt-190 with one of those old style screens that changed color if you moved your head, and had a pen you had to charge.This model is better in every way. I find the pressure control better on this pen. The colours are much more accurate and don't change when you move your head. Nice to have programmable buttons on the screen edges. Seems you can't program the two sliders - both seem to be hard-coded to only change the zoom in my drawing program (Krita). I find this model very nice to draw on. I mainly do painterly stuff, and it is much more like using pen/brush on paper/canvas than my previous display. The new driver software is much easier to use that comes with it to program buttons, calibrate, etc...Had it for almost a year now, and no hardware or software issues. Hard to beat for the price.

I found hooking up the monitor to be pretty straight forward and was able to download and install the driver in advance of receiving my new monitor. Once hooked up and turned on the computer recognized the new monitor right away like pnp. Right out of the box I was impressed...good colour and good response to pen movement. So far I haven't noticed any parallax like reviewers were saying on their Youtube videos. The Hunion Pro 22 (2019) being my first pen monitor is going to do the job I need it to do.
