Quick to light, no smoke or smell.I no longer use kindling, just 3 or 4 firelighters very quick to light if given enough room.The heat output is quick to feel and very clean burning.i was a bit wary of seconds absolutely no need to be. very good quality for the price.prompt delivery with phone call to confirm delivery date, i have just received my second delivery, at the same high standard.Would and have reccommended

Brilliant! All blocks in one piece, burn incredibly hot and last twice as long as wood. We have agreed this is all we will use from now on. They stack well and are packaged well to keep dry.Worth every penny. Delivery was speedy and the hot blocks fire starters also highly rated

As described, although if they are seconds there was nothing at all wrong with the lot I received.Pros: Easy to store, light, handle, last reasonably long, very little ash, clean-burning.Cons: Well, they're not logs, which in a bigger 12kw stove like mine last a bit longer and put out a steadier heat - but then again, it is what it is. I use them in the 8kw stove in the house and all good!I'd buy them again - shipping was fast and comms were great.

Pleased with these briquettes, delivery went well and we stored them in the garage to stay dry. It took a few goes to get them to burn well, we found you need more ventilation than with kindling and dry logs but then they give out good heat and last better. There is hardly any wastage or ash and a great benefit to me is the improvement in my asthma- there is no smoke or smell, and they burn clean. Happy that wood pallets are recycled in this way and with no additives.

We bought a pallet of them, they give good heat output and are easy to light, at £250 a pallet it remains to be seen if they are more cost effective than buying logs

We have bought these twice and will get another pallet once the wood store is almost empty. Best value briquettes I have found, burn well and lots of heat. Used in a 5kw stove at home and a smaller one on a narrow boat.

Don't last more than one hour then it's expensive.
