Not happy with it

I really like it unfortunately the press button on /off very easy get stuck . It broken after a month I used it.

Got this item the next day, tried it and works perfectly well, smell of plastic will go away after 3 or 5 use, nothing wrong with that, other reviews I read said the hot steam gets too hot, that's bs, if u don't want your face to get hot than move back farther,and the plastic cap refill is kind of thinly made, carefully remove and insert gently gently

I know I am probably missing out on something, but I have never been to a spa, never been massaged and have never been in a steam sauna. Having received this Nova Ionic Facial Steamer to review, I think I could live in a steam room!I was not prepared to like this as much as I do! It feels great! When you follow the directions and position your face about 20 cm from the spout, the steam does not burn. You can feel the heat, you can feel the moisture, but you only feel it burn if you get too close.As the steam goes over your skin you can feel a change happening. I assume it is the pores opening. I just know it feels great and is very relaxing.The steamer is super easy to operate and you don't have to wait for a long time. The steamer comes with a small pitcher to add the water to the reservoir. You need to use distilled water to prevent the mineral and chemical build up that can occur with tap water. Simply add the distilled water and check the level on the indicator on the side to make sure you don't over-fill the reservoir. Plug it in and in about a minute the super fine steam mist will start coming out the adorable flower shaped spout.If you sit so the steam is aimed at your chin area, it will go up and steam most of your face. I like to also include my neck in my treatments so I move my head a little to hit those areas.This has been fabulous for me. I am a clown and steaming my face several days a week and especially the night before a clowning gig, it has improved my skin and made working with my greasepaint make up easier.Steaming opens up the pores the pores so you can clean and unclog them. The steam is easily absorbed, moisturizing your skin. And that feels absolutely fabulous.The steamer is not huge so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Since it is lightweight and so easy to use I can steam my face each day or ever few days without having to make a big production of getting a piece of complex equipment ready.If you want to pamper you face with at-home spa treatments, the Ionic Facial Steamer from Novais a wonderful choice! I love this facial steamer. Its easy to set up, you just open the water tank, pour in distilled water using the measuring cup. You then close the tank, plug it in and press button. It takes about 40 seconds for the steam to start coming out. It is just like going to the spa and having a facial treatment. It opens and unclogs your pores, removing dirt and oil. My skin looks amazing since I started using this. My skin is much clearer and has a healthy glow. This will save you a lot of money, you can replace exfoliating scrubs and facial peels with this device. I love that the stem comes out of the flower, it looks cute on my vanity. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

This little steamer is convenient. I do wish it held a little more water for a longer steam time but I resolve that by simply adding more towards the end.
