This part did fit my tote.
It fit. YAY !!!! Getting to this point was painful, though, and I haven't tested it with water yet. Chat GPT said it was (6.2mm) I honestly still dont know. Too confusing and driving all over town was a waist. Experts had no clue. We will see.....................

Perfect fit for IBC totes. Go ahead and buy whatever adapter from your local big box store to attach as necessary. I used a T fitting to connect 2 totes to mine

Works perfectly to connect regular pipe to an IBC tote.

Allows me to connect several totes together
I wanted to connect several IBC totes together to store rainwater. This adapter allowed me to add three more totes to store the water, and will soon be adding another. Fits a 2" pvc thread to pipe I purchased from Menards. This allows me to collect 1400 gallons of rainwater. This adapter works on totes with coarse thread spouts. Other totes have clamp connections with a few fine threads for the spout cover.
