Proclaim Curl & Wave Conditioning Activator Gel

This is the absolute best product for natural hair hands down!!! My hair stays moisturized and hold the popping curls all day! Speaking of popping curls, my hair curls right up with ease. I will not go with out proclaim!!!🥰 Love it!!!!

I am African American of mixed ancestry and this product is wonderful. I have natural long curly hair (below my shoulders) and this product does an excellent job defining my curls and it is not oily. I often receive compliments regarding my curls. I co-wash my hair in the shower and and apply this product. Other products have been to oily, greasy, sticky and heavy. Again, this product is non-greasy and the application of it is extremely easy and takes approximately 15 minutes to apply and I allow to air dry. A great product but it occasionally arrived in damaged containers but I contacted the seller and of recent that problem appears to be resolved.

I love this product in my natural hair. It gives me the best defined curl pattern. I ordered this product online because they stopped selling it in California and I can not figure out why. I also had the same experience as the other reviewer. My product arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Virtually unusable.

Within two days, this product will make your hair (and nails) feel like you've exposed your hair to two days of chlorinated swimming pool water.

I have tried a “gazillion” hair products -and hands-down this one works, better than the rest. I have 4b hair. I co-wash and condition my hair, then I comb it into four sections and then add a *generous amount to each section, (adding extra, product to the ends). Pay attention to the ends of your hair, as you don't want wavy/curly hair on the top of your head and kinky hair at the ends), no!Finally, I add a *generous amount of Proclaim Glossing Polish with Olive -(as African American hair is thirsty and needs more product than the labels tell you to use) and then I finger comb and shake my hair. You perhaps will find a method that works for you, depending on your hair type and the length of your hair. My hair is shoulder length when it is natural and slightly past my shoulders when it is pressed and curled (which, I don't do much in the summer). I wear my hair naturally all summer long. Again, remember to add extra-product (oil) to the ends or your hair. Sometimes, I do diffuse my hair to add length to it and if I going out and want it to be dry. I have done Bantu knots too, for a curlier look, but I mostly rather wash & wear my hair. Anyhow (at night) I sleep with a satin cap on and in the morning place a damp towel on my head top and again on the ends... add oil all over and this gel on the ends, if needed. Now I actually rake through my hair with a wide tooth comb (you might need to add more water /moisture during this step), 1st to get out any tangles. Then finally, I rake through my hair again, using only my fingers. That's it, that's all.

Not finding it in local store, so glad I could find it thru Amz. This is the first thing to add to wet hair, and it keeps static away and helps hold curl/wave without looking like there is a lot of product in your hair. Love it!
