It works! I had surgery on the bottom of my foot. It just wouldn't heal so I saw this and ordered with fingers crossed. I saw an improvement over night. Kid you not. Highly recommend for diabetics who have problems with healing slowly.

This cream is the best for open wounds, as you applied @ 24 hours within 2 applications one will see a results all is dry and ready one should try, I used this cream on my husbands bed sorts, within the second application the wound was dry.
