I am on the phone hours a day, mainly because of work. Because of this my cordless phones get a workout for sure, and it's not always easy to find the replacement batteries locally. I last had to replace them 2 years ago before Radio Shack went out of business,so this time I had to go online and get a replacement.It's the first time I had used this company but I was hoping that it would be what I needed, and it was just that. You get two of the batteries for a great price, and that works perfectly since I have two phones that use the same battery type. I'm ordering extras just to have them on hand, but they work great, and that is what I needed. Will be using them again for sure.

The battery worked fine since I installed it in the phone on October 1, 2018 -- I made a note of the date on the battery itself -- but now there is tremendous static after about an hour of use. When the charge got low on my former batteries, a beep sounded to let you know you had better hang up. Now there is no beep, just terribly loud static. I will install the 2nd battery, but I'm a little disappointed that the first only lasted 8 months. I use the phone a few times a week for about an hour a clip.Addendum: the 2nd battery is going now. Today is October 21, 2019. Two batteries lasted ONE year. Very disappointed. Will try to find a better battery.

So the picture shows 3 batteries, but I didn't see it written anywhere that you actually got 3. You do! Can't beat the price for 3 batteries! I've only been using one for a couple of months, but phone works great. It charged quickly and appears to be recharging okay. Plus, I have 2 spares!

I got the battery I ordered today and tried to put it in the phone of the answering machine, however, the moment it touched the connection, it started to smoke and smell funny. I took it right out and since it was hot, put it in a paper cup and it is in the kitchen sink. How do I dispose of this? This is the 2. item that is satisfactory. The eel wallet I hard ordered, I tried to cancel it right away but they sent it anyway. It is way too small and holds nothing. I seed a prepaid return label sent to me because I have no computer. These are claimed to he the exact replacement for our phone, they work but not without some effort to get the fit and still be able to slide the compartment cover back in place.

Had to find a good battery for hand-held phone. Could not talk longer than 20 minutes and my phone had to be charged. After inserting this new battery I have talked longer than an hour without charging. Great.

Were a great replacement for my handheld landline phones. Much cheaper than manufactures originals and working well.

The batteries were a little bit larger than the originals, but the cover went back on with a little bit of pushing. They have been keeping a charge just like when the phones were new. When these batteries have reached the end of their lives I will definitely purchase the same. That is a picture of my dog. She is happy with them also.
