The chair is very comfortable. It has great back support. I got it for my daughter who will be working from home

This is my fourth time to order this model (different offices). Great support and looks great! The picture is of my “old” chair of the same model. I’ve had it about two years. The back chair/lumbar can be adjusted by pulling strap forward (good laugh…never paid attention to this until buying the new chair)!!!

In all honesty I intended this as a gift for my wife. I tried it out at Office Max first and for the price it couldn't be beat. So I decided to buy two, one for me... since my wife and I share same home office.However, shipping from Amazon was delayed to lack of inventory. So we canceled the Amazon order, found it cheaper during a Google search then drove back to Office Max where they price matched and gave us a free 2 year service warranty including repairs of rips and tears. So a win-win for us... and since we bought local we had them in time for Christmas!The bonded leather is not heavy-duty durable, so be care of drawers or other sharp edges that could scratch or tear the seat or armrests.I am 57, 215lbs, 6'1" and the chairs adjusts perfectly for me and my long legs and achy back; especially love the pull out lumbar support. My wife is about 56 5' 6" and on the heavier side. The chair also adjusts perfectly to her shorter legs and comfort needs as well.

I wanted to love this chair, I sat in one several times at Office Max before purchasing this. After having it for 2 months I'm not thrilled with it. The cylinder that keeps the seat raised up keeps lowering the chair. After many attempts to keep the chair pumped up and at the level I like, it won't stay up. There's not a locking mechanism that will keep the chair in it's place.

Working from home has been substantially improved for me now that I have the right chair for my home office. I spent three months in the wrong chair. This led to my legs falling asleep throughout the day, neck and back pain, and wrist and elbow pain constantly. At 31, I’m too young for that! Investing in the right chair eliminated all of this pain! This was not just a purchase for me-it was an investment!

The seat is too flat and thus not good for much over 45 minutes.

Ordered this for my husband at our vacation home! Can’t entirely get away from work!! Assembly took only a few mins. Seems to have good support and is comfortable. For the price, chair looks really nice.. husband loves it!
