This letter board is better than expected! I love it and feel I will get lots of use out of it. Comes with lots of letters in 2 different sizes, has all kinds of shapes and symbols. All the letters are stored in a handy case to keep everything organized and the board is double sided so I can have 2 different things already set up and ready to go for 2 kids for pictures when it comes to back to school (if that happens this year). I looked at a lot of boards trying to decide on what to get and I’m so happy I stumbled upon this one! It’s all the boards I looked at combined into one and it’s 2 inches bigger than most I have seen! Can’t go wrong with this if you are looking for a letter board!

The product works well. It does struggle with anything a little thick like Dial liquid soap. However, the included instructions do suggest adding a little water to thin the soap and then it works perfectly. Most people seem to like the sensor range which is from the nozzle all the way down to the bottom just above the base. I personally would have liked the range shortened and the bottom sensor placed towards the top about 3 inches from the nozzle with just enough room to pass your hand between. With the full top to bottom sensor range it is too easy to accidentally pass your hand under the scanner and trigger the pump when you may be reaching for something else. Just picking it up to move it will trigger it if you make the mistake of grabbing it by the center of the cylinder chamber instead of the top which most people will do. I personally would like it more if it were shorter. It is very tall and awkwardly stands out taking away from the aesthetics of your bathroom if you have really nice fixtures and decorations. Overall, I think it is a good purchase and works as expected. At least mine does.

Work good and half the price of other brands

Best letter board! I had been searching for a while for a gray felt letter board and was so excited when I came across this one. Not only is it gray but also black on the other side and the rustic wood look is the icing on the cake! The stand works really well and the letters/numbers etc are already apart so you don’t have to waste time taking them apart. Another plus is the storage case for all of the letters. Customer service is amazing too. My first one was missing the stand and they went above and beyond to correct it and get one to me. They even personally responded to me on a Sunday afternoon. The media could not be loaded.  In 3 seconds you can feel how they begin to have a temperature, the 3-level control makes you select the right one for you, without a doubt the best option, I love them And the material is of very good quality and very comfortable.

This item worked perfect....at first. Purchased 11 Jan, it's 9 Feb and the dang thing quit working for no reason. You can hear the sensor but the pump does not operate. When I opened the battery compartment some water came out. Somehow there is a flaw in the fluid compartment that is leaking into the electrical components.
