Men's Generation Iron (Official Licensed) Zipper Hoodies XL Black

I didn't actually get the Men's Generation Iron sweatshirt hoodie. When I ordered it, it became out of stock right away.Now, that's out of the way, I will tell you they notified me right away with a personable e-mail versus an automated one and offered me a refund or to exchange it. I chose to exchange it as I had my eye on another hoodie (The Rush Hulk one) that they sold. They exchanged it for me right away and shipped it right with my other orders from them so there was no delay. When it arrived, the quality was great, and it fits perfectly. If you plan to do washer AND dryer though, I recommend getting a size up because it might shrink a little. The care instructions say inside out to maintain graphics, wash on cold, and air dry.The person I exchanged e-mails with, Sha Musgrove, the Customer Service Manager was amazing, prompt, and nice. They also helped me with a sweatpants order they were unable to fill at a different time. I am very happy with their service and the products I did receive. I've ordered other things from them and have never been disappointed.Also, something I did not know, if they do run out of stock, Amazon does not allow them to just fill your order when it does come in stock, they must either send it right away or give you a refund/exchange. Just something to keep in mind and be understanding if this does happen to you. They are very customer oriented!I hope to get the Generation Iron Hoodie when it's restocked to match the Generation Iron sweatpants I got from them which are excellent!
