This was actually much nicer than expected! It’s definitely not high quality material but it wears beautifully and looks beautiful. I wouldn’t throw this in the washing machine though and would maybe hand wash instead. As far as size goes, I’m a true medium and a size 6/8 (more often an 8 in most brands). I initially ordered a medium and felt like the elastic waist band was a little snug. I am fairly fit and have slender hips but I do have a small mom pooch which is subject to bloating so I don’t like things to be too snug against my belly. I ended up returning the medium and trying the large and it actually fit really nice and was much more comfortable. I was worried there would be gaping at the sides (I assumed a size large would mean wider hip area) but it still fit nicely along my hips. You definitely need to steam this before trying on, especially along the side seams which had a weird crease. Once I steamed it and smoothed it out it looked great. I will probably wear it with a slip skirt underneath because it is very thin but not see through. I think I will definitely keep this.

This skirt has some basic construction, so I was worried that it would look odd. But I found it to be quite flattering when I wore it. It's a great transitional piece, where our weather has gone from hot to chilly within the same day, but it will also be pretty with tights, boots, and a sweater for winter.

Very cute! Lightweight but not see through. Very packable for trips, goes with so many outfits. I like the silky material but there is absolutely zero stretch or give so make sure you get the right size. Midi length is perfect, elastic waistband is comfortable but not a lot of wiggle room getting it over my hips. I’ve worn it many times since purchasing and totally recommend for the price

I bought this in a size XL. For sizing reference, I'm usually a medium-large or a 8-12/29-31 in bottoms and jeans. If it helps, I wear a size 6 or 8 in Lulu leggings. I'm 5'3" tall with a short torso, and my measurements are about 44"-33"-44" (bust-waist-hip) right now, give or take.Sizing wise, I found this to fit a tad small in the hips. I normally don't wear an XL but sized up to be on the safe size, but I found it hugged my hips and butt a little more than expected, though it wasn't tight or anything. I'd recommend going a size up if you're thicker on bottom like me. The waistband had plenty of room.I've gotten a little weird about showing my legs since I gained weight years ago, so I liked that this is midi length, and it actually hit even longer on me since I'm a tad short; I was just barely showing a little ankle. If you're shorter than me, prepare for this to be maxi length on you.The material is soft and silky. I've purchased other silky skirts and dresses off Amazon and they all seem to be this same material. The waistband is a thick black elastic and the constructions feels a tad cheap, but I never expect much. For the price, it's fine. I didn't find it to be sheer at all.Overall, I ended up returning it but would still recommend since you can easily return it if it doesn't work out. I just ended up not loving the style or the color on me.

Good color, nice fit. Fabric looks satiny and is not too thin. Seams are little puckered but for the price, it’s quite good.
