Could This be the Perfect Mustard ?
The taste is perfect. I purchased corned beef and cabbage for the recent St. Patrick's holiday. Truly completed my dinner. It is smooth and creamy. The gang I had at my place asked, What was my secret mustard?! Buy it; you will not be sorry. Lastly, it is from the EU, not China!

I had initially been introduced to 'hot' mustard with the Polly's brand , which, I cannot find anymore. Last year, I found this during a late in the season visit to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Brought it home and found this to be an acceptable substitute for Polly's. Has a rich, full mustard flavor, with a strong bite at the end. If one has the view of "if some is good, some more is more gooder", that might fit a lot of other items, moderation is the key with this one. The more you use, the better the taste. However, you can easily over come the taste of what it is that you are eating. I ordered 4 jars and each was securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure that they arrived in tact. This mustard is a little pricey, and I could not find a way to subscribe to get jars of this delivered on a regular basis. Highly enjoyable. Use in moderation.

A bit spicy but very flavorful, highly recommend if you are a mustard lover. Mix with some mayo for an excellent Dijon style.
