This is a powder, and I put it in gel capsules and take one capsule, twice a day. There are many health benefits associated with bay leaves, so I intended to take it as a general tonic. Two of my concerns are blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Though the medicine I take has kept these under control, my blood pressure levels tended to vary a lot during the day, and since taking this, they have completely stabilized and are more consistently on track.
